Got takeout and was disappointed. Celery was going gross on both ends. Fried pickles were not cooked all the way. Weird. You could clearly see they weren’t cooked. BBQ sauce wings were spicy and that is not normal. Tots were good.

Went in for dinner last night with my family. Waited 30 minutes to be sat. Once we were sat, it took our waitress 10 minutes to stop by and say “I’ll be right with you”. 15 more minutes passed and she finally got to us. My kids were starving at this point so I asked her if she could rush a kids meal. We also put in our order. The kids meal came out within minutes which was amazing. Then we waited. And waited. After almost 40 minutes from placing our order and watching others around us who came after us get our food and our waitress not in sight, I grabbed another employee to ask for drinks and an update on our food. She grabbed us drinks and came back and said “good news! They’re just plating up your food and bringing it out!” Out came 2/4 of our meals and they were COLD. Like gross cold. And without utensils. I scarfed mine down with my fingers because I needed to take my kids home. 15 minutes after two of our meals came out, 3/5 meal arrived. And then another 20 minutes, the last meal arrived. Over two hours in Buffalo Wild Wings and a horrible experience. Not sure what was happening at this location but it was very off and won’t be going back!

Ordered 10 boneless to go, got home and had 8 pieces of chicken. I wasn’t going to drive back just for 2 pieces of chicken, but I was annoyed, so I called to let them know to pay attention in the kitchen. Without questioning me or any push back at all, they offered to remake it for me or an offer for my next visit. I didn’t want to drive pack so I took the latter. I told them all I wanted was to make them aware and pay more attention, but they took it a step further to make it right with an awesome offer. Food we got was really good and their customer service in store and on the phone was wonderful. So I’m happy.

$10 for 6 mozzarella sticks is absurd and a rip off, the menu never specified how many you get and since it’s more expensive than any other place around I thought we’d get more than that. I talked to the manager Michelle who was totally rude and said “that’s our spec” and told us we should have ordered the more expensive $17 sampler platter and we get 16. No I’m sorry, no problem solving, nothing to make it right. I guarantee you on every job application you fill out on Buffalo Wild Wings there’s some question having to do with a dissatisfied customer. Whatever Michelle said to get the job, she definitely lied. Her real answer would be “well if a customer is upset I’ll tell them in a condescending tone that’s our spec and tough luck spend more money, that’ll totally make the customer happy”.

I have been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan for many years and this most recent visit was not worth my time and money. My take out order was 22 minutes later than when the app told me to arrive. Because of that my food was all cold. I ordered cheese curds as a side which has, at other locations been a fair value based off the portion, taste and price. I got 19 cheese curds in my order. That’s a little more than 34¢ per cheese curd. That an outright scam. Several of my honey sriracha wings barely had any sauce.
Plenty of the staff was very lackadaisical and on their phones. It was several minutes before I was even approached regarding my order. Then on top of that when I asked an employee if I could get a side of dessert heat dry rub I was forgotten about and had to ask again 2 times over. When I tried to bring up these concerns in store they were not receptive and did little to help stating it was a “busy night”
All in all, this was a very poor performance from this Buffalo Wild Wings. I would recommend any that’s able go to their Layton location for better service and portions.

This is the worst buffalo you could ever go to. Odessa was our server and never took care of us. We had to seat ourselves and waited 25 minutes just to get told “do you just want water to drink”. Mind you this is our second time at this location so idk who she was feeling like assuming we just want water but anyways we waited about 30 min to get our orders like literally just wings. Thenn after all that wait (literally 1 hour and 30 min) we were missing the ranch. We asked the different server who gave us our food but she went to go help others and didn’t give a damn.

Terrible experience. Waited 20 min for a waitress to take my drink order. My drink finally came. I drank it and still waited another 20 min after my drink was empty before I saw my waitress and she finally wanted my food order. The resturant wasnt even a quarter of the way full. They were not busy. I got the food to go because i didnt want to be there any longer than i had to. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I’ve been here a few times last night for a to go order and the late crew is always fantastic. There is always something wrong with the online system but the in house crew always knows how to deal with it.
The food is always perfect and tastes great, always on time, and always correct.
