The waiter was very poor at her job, she wouldn’t write the order down which caused her to mess up multiple times didn’t give me my fries at first and ignored my table for about 15 minutes afterwards, messed up my friends order and then proceeded to charge us for what we did not order. Terrible place to watch any sports game!! The couple times I have been it feels like the first time they have ever had people watching a sports game. No one could figure out how to change TVs to Nebraska football and gave up trying. Go to Dugout or Good Life. Don’t waste your time.

We got seated right away, no wait. Our waitress took our drink order, but it seemed like we waited longer than we should have to get our 2 waters, an ice tea and a soda. The place was not busy. She was friendly but seemed new. Took our food order, brought us our food (was hot and good), but never checked on us throughout eating our meals to see if we needed anything. Never offered us refills. We had to get the greeter to go get her to bring our bills because one of us was on their lunch break and had to get back.

My boyfriend and I came in at around, I think, 9, 9:30 Friday night. I was extremely surprised with the quality and quantity of our meals, given our last couple times at the Norfolk establishment were not great at all. Our server, I can’t remember her name, but she was super nice and super attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and she coursed out our appetizer and meal perfectly! Nachos came with a ton of brisket, cheese and all the toppings!! Very good!! At the Norfolk place we got about 1/4 of the brisket and a good half portion of the chips, so this was a great change and surprise from that past experience. Our food came out hot and amazing, grease was recently change in the friers and everything tasted awesome!! We live in a town right between the two facilities, but Fremont is an extra about 20-30 minutes compared to Norfolk, but we will definitely make sure to take the extra time and make our way to the Fremont store! Absolutely an amazing experience overall!! Thank you guys!!

Server overall was awesome. But this is the 3rd time weve came and the glasses from the var we wete given has been dirty and with things stuck to glasses. Got new ones and new ones had floaties and stuff on the glass. Everything else was great but the drinks.

Poor service, fries were cold. We sent them back and never received the replacement fries. Restaurant was not that busy. Server took forever to come back and take our order. She never came back to refill beverages. Very disappointed as we do like the wings.
