This is super awkward typing this, but I just had to… I was gonna kill myself. I wanted bdubs to be my last meal. 10 garlic parm and 10 honey bbq. The food was amazing as it always is at this location, but my real life saver was the manager named Nasia! She was so helpful and adorable. You guys better never take her for granted she was amazing! She is the reason I’m still alive to be typing this out. I didn’t want to be weird cause this interaction was about a month ago but I haven’t forgotten how helpful she was when I trauma dumped to her. She is the best. Thank you Nasia for being such a hardworking and awesome person.

This is the only Bdubs in the US I’ve seen where they couldn’t sell me an 8OZ cup of sauce. Made me buy each sauce cup for .60 came out to 6 dollars. 8 OZ cups in other locations are 1.85-2.50, sad and disappointing. Greeter was nice and professional but she said her manager said they dont do that here and wouldn’t budge. – 5 star review for no customer service. They got the sauces wrong and Savannah gave me attitude when the I explained the sauces were wrong. She blamed the greater and didnt have any accountability. I wont be coming to this Bdubs ever again. If they treated me like this just for sauces I would hate to see what abomination they would deliver with food service.

Very impressed with the Sandi the manager and her help with our event to support our local hockey program. She was very responsive, generous, and helpful. We plan to send hockey teams that come through town to eat there often. Appreciate the community partnership.

This was a pick up order. There’s some sort of disconnect between your app and what is being seen at your location. There is bacon on my salad, and I do not eat pork so it has been tossed. Not happy

We visited later in the afternoon, about 2:30-2:45pm.
We were sat very quickly. But then took about 10 minutes just to get our drinks in. When the server came to our table – they were pleasant and kind, but smelled strongly of a vape.
We ordered one chicken sandwich, one chicken salad, and 3 orders of boneless wings and fries.
We did not get our food untill close to 4:00. In that hour time frame between getting our drinks and getting our food, the server was great about refills. I don’t feel it should have taken us an hour to get our food, there were 3 other tables in the restaurant the same time as us.
Every single table in the restaurant was dirty when we visited. And there was no real rush to clean them. I’m not sure if it’s the host or the server’s job to clean tables but no one was doing it. The host did clean one table so he could sit another couple that came in. But that was it.
We usually frequent the Norfolk location, but were in town for a sport meet up. There is a good chance we will not go back to this location.

Staying out at the lakes and came in for a family dinner. The only thing better than our time together was our server Mike. Hardworking, friendly and conscientious – he sets the standard for what a server should be. Food arrived quickly as did our drinks and was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location – and hey, when you come here, do yourself a favor and ask for Mike.
