Seemed dirty! Tables sticky and smeared. Bathroom was not clean. Food was OK but we’ve had better. Probably we will go to the 256 location next time. Prices are expensive for a just OK experience. Hopefully just went on a slow cleaning day. The service was pretty good.

I ordered on line and was notified that it would be ready at 7:10. When I arrived it was before 7. There was a blob of people at the door. I couldn’t tell of they were waiting for a table or for carryout. I approached the counter and was told that had not received my order. I sat down, already hangry, to look for proof of my order placement. After several meetings she said that she could now see my order and they were working on it. She offered no apologies for causing my mini stroke. …I sat there until 7:52. I had asked for a refund so I could leave and go search for food somewhere else and the young lady was trying to figure out how to issue a refund when a young man walked out with my wings.

Stopped in on a Saturday with my gf since they were the only location near me that had the limited time Buffalo Ranch and Honey Garlic. We both ordered tradional, me the BR and her the HG. All the wings came our crispy and well sauced. Hopefully they decide to make both there flavors a permanent addition to the menu.

I can’t rate the food. They made sure to make customers feel unwelcome from the start. After being ignored for 9 minutes as 3 people walked by us, someone finally came out to ask what we needed. I said I wanted to place a carryout order. This was 10:55 PM. She rolled her eyes, sighed, abs said hold on add she walked away. There’s nothing like a terrible environment and rude service in a restaurant. I now understand why only 4 tables were being occupied in front of 2 completely booked hotels. Smokey Bones saved the day.

I travel often between Indianapolis and Columbus and met my mom here as a midway meeting point after we both drove 3 hours. We purposely chose this restaurant for its outdoor patio since we had a puppy with us. Prior to even walking on the patio, I went inside to acquire permission to sit on the patio with the puppy. For those that aren’t aware, they have a patio which is partially covered, but still open on the sides. We originally tried to sit under the covered section since it had been raining off and on. We were quickly told we needed to sit on the part of the patio that didn’t have an overhang, so we did. I should note at this time there were only 2 customers at the bar so plenty of tables to choose from. We ate and I asked our server (Brooke) if the overhang portion isn’t considered part of the patio and if that is still considered dog friendly. She said that their policy doesn’t allow dogs on the patio at all unless they are service dogs, but the manager and her will allow dogs to sit on the outside portion sometimes. She said it’s their policy and indicated that since it’s a restaurant, dogs aren’t allowed. I said that’s interesting since in many cities dogs are allowed outside. I left confused as to what the right answer is and wanted to know since my mom and I will be meeting there again in a week. I called and asked for the manager (Shawna) to get some clarification. She said dogs are allowed on the patio including the portion that is covered by the overhang. She asked me if he was a service dog and I said no, he’s a puppy which she said, “ yes, that’s fine.” So I shared the experience we had earlier in the day and she immediately said “only service dogs are allowed.” I was puzzled and said that’s the opposite of what was just said. She said, I thought you were talking about the patio. I said, I am. She said, “ yeah just service dogs”.

Don’t even bother going there if you are black! I went and sat at the main dining room and a couple infront of me who had finished their order was being harassed every 5 seconds if they needed anything else. I ignored because I didn’t know what had happened before I came but we were the only people in the whole place. So after I ate my food I went to have a drink outside at the patio because the weather was nice. The barmaid really had an attitude and only one other lady was there she wasn’t happy I was there and asked if I lived nearby, I said yes she then said where exactly I told her that’s none of her business. She proceeded to tell me the way this restaurant was her safe place, I asked her safe from what, she had no answer.

I can’t believe how me and my black children was treated in this place. My son just wanted his food replaced. He didn’t like it and it was cold and we where told we don’t replace food that you just don’t like. The manager didn’t have any sympathy and told me to have a great night and walked away from my table.

It took an hour for the waiter Logan to take our order, brought out incomplete kids meals and when we asked for the milk and sides THAT COME WITH IT, he said, oh you wanted that? Yes Logan, I specifically told you which side and drink I wanted…I’m paying for it, obviously I want it. They never came by with more napkins and didn’t ask to refill our drinks until they brought the bill. Some of our wings had almost no sauce on them and then overcharged us for our meals. Terrible service for mediocre food. This location sucks.

This has occurred the last few visits. Something about paying full price for poor service does not sit well with me. My family of 3 waited an hour before we were served. The wait was so long that we all refilled our drinks twice and heard that our food was on the way several times! I know the waitress felt horrible for the wait time. I will tip her well because i know this is not her fault but this will be Our last time coming here. Perhaps the one in Canal is better but this location on 256 is just horrible for service
