I usually frequent this location. I stopped years ago and started up again. This day I ordered a chimichanga as usual. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s a fried burrito. As I’m eating it I felt a bone. Which was okay. It was chicken. Then as I continued eating I felt a bone on the other half. I actually looked and discovered they were not bones but toothpicks. How did toothpicks get inside my food? The bigger question is did it come from someone’s mouth. The thought makes me want to puke. Called the restaurant and sent a picture as requested. The lady said the manager would contact us but never did. Don’t trust the food here. I’ll never eat here again.

What happened? New management? New owners? Very sad to see what this restaurant has become. I miss the old Zacatacos. What they sell now is garbage. Remember the days when the steak was juicy and the pastor was one of the best in the city? Well, forget it bc those days are gone. Now let’s talk about the service. It operates like a hotdog stand. A poorly run one. I was looking forward to going there and I was shocked to see how poorly it’s run now.

Great food. AWFUL SERVICE- owner or manager needs to re train or re hire new cashiers. Trying to call in an order is almost impossible it’s either a 10+ minute wait or they just hang up on you. I’m certain this place loses thousand’s of dollars in business because of the poor service provided by the cashiers. WORST BURRITOS IN MY LIFE. it tasted so gross i threw up the ONE bite i took. i shouldn’t even have taken a bite ♀️ ALSO the service was terrible, they seriously looked and talked like they didnt want to even wake up in the morning. the tortilla was cold and so was everything inside it. i was so mad and hungry but i couldn’t even go back because i was off my break and after i had gotten out of work i didn’t feel like fighting and holding a grudge HOWEVER i called saying my burrito was cold and would like a refund (once i was off of work) THEN one of the employees proceeded to say that the burrito was cold because of the lettuce inside it. i hung up the phone right there and then yall save your money and go elsewhere!!!! who knows if they give out any other cold food

71 & Pulaski,Chicago, I ordered 2 burritos got home my daughter found a long strand of hair in hers. Went back they made another one, mind you I bought 2 well I started eating mine and there also was a strand of long hair in mine too. I gave up these dirty people please beware eat slow and look at what you eating.Also have to say Carlos Santana is one my favorite idols.But to hear it for over 8 minutes or longer and being on hold is ridiculous . This place is not like it used to be. BAD SERVICE!!!! This was a bill close to $50. THIS IS THE ONLY THING I WILL RECOMMEND Chips & salsa you can’t go wrong !!!!

Everything about this place is horrible. Ordered 2 burritos for them to be extremely cold when I opened them. I called back and the lady on the phone said the tortilla eventually got cold because of the lettuce inside. Which is not true. Would not recommend this place at all
