Stopped here for breakfast (drive thru), and the man taking our order (first window) honestly made our morning. We were heading to the hospital for our infant son’s heart surgery and he was so friendly and kind, it just lifted our spirits.

Always prompt and delicious although not the most nutritious. The VERY BEST thing about this restaurant is not their inexpensive sodas. It’s Stephen (pronounced Stef-In) who works the cash register 1st window. He’s never not had a smile on his face. I really love that guy.

At 1:23pm, Wednesday March 15th, the cashier in the drive thru gave poor customer service. I felt rushed when taking my order and as if I was not being heard. I asked for the price on two items on the menu and he didn’t hear me say that. All he said was “anything else” but in the tone he said was as if he was annoyed and rushing me. I have worked as a cashier and it doesn’t matter if you don’t wanna be there, you are supposed to show professionalism and provide good service. If you really cannot do that then please find a different job.

If I could give no stars I would. First they got my order incorrect, I waited a minute or two while they corrected it, for them to give me a fish sandwich w/ a tiny dab of tarter sauce, so I asked for some on the side to which they gave me a crushed container w/ some in it. I walked in to give it back to them, to ask for another one and a person who claimed to be the manager Jose was very rude & I told him, he knew better then to give me a crushed container & told me I would have to pay for another one (which I did not), and as I watched the people in the back fill up 1 non crushed container w/ tarter sauce which they did not give me and proceed to fill up another non crush one w/ tarter sauce & hand me that 1, leads me to believe that Jose purposely crushed the container that was originally given to me. Jose’s rude attitude needs to be checked at the door, there’s no way any customer should be treated as such!!!

When it comes to McDonald’s, your experience will be pretty cookie cutter, and so will your expectations. That’s a good thing. But the manager of the day shift was fabulous. He guided his crew and treated guests as though he knew them. Personable, happy and glad you were there at his restaurant. Being bilingual was another of his great assets. It’s nice to go to a place that’s actually happy to serve you in a clean, orderly environment. No garbage on the floor, the doors and the restrooms were clean. Keep up the good work! I believe the mgrs. name was Dominic. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I rarely go to McDonald’s but this one happens to be on my way to work so I stop for a quick breakfast or coffee occasionally. I have to say they have the friendliest drive-through staff I’ve ever met. Always positive and swift. I’ve never had a complaint and they are doing something right.
