I come to this location often, must’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years. Ordered before breakfast ended through the app and got my code. When I pulled up, the workers told me they had nothing in the system and to show them my phone (my order). Something went wrong but they tried helping with what they had left regarding breakfast items. I had 5 ordered they had only 3 left etc, so they came to the conclusion that they would adjust the price based on what they had left. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me to pull up to the next window where the manager is to retrieve the last breakfast items.

Fair enough, life happens, let’s move on to the next window.

The manager without listening to anything just put on a glistening smile, leaned towards me, put his hand on his chin, and elbow on the counter by the window like a little school girl and continued to taunt/ignore everything and kept telling me they had nothing left while he swayed his back end, back and forth like some sort of animal displaying a mating ritual waiting to get mounted.

Mr. Manager you should be more focused on the business, YOUR employees, YOUR customers and YOUR professionalism rather than your power trip and weird behaviors at the drive thru. It’ll be a while before you “earn” another one of my hard earned blue collar dollars.

As for the workers, the best in the game. They keep that ship from sinking, as the soft hands of their leader isn’t sufficient enough to steer the ship correctly. Any one of them would make a better manager. They all need raises.

I’m honestly just done with this location. The customer service is consistently bad and my orders are often messed up. I’ve even contacted corporate before. I always come in with a good attitude hoping for a better experience, but the staff is usually unfriendly. My coffee was wrong again today and the interaction wasn’t pleasant. To the point that I even have to ask the woman that handed me the food if she wasn’t mad?!

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese, both had a special ticket ono them stating No American Cheese. BUT… Both sandwiches had cheese. I called the restaurant and the person answered the phone gruffly, proceeded to tell me he checked the sandwiches personally and neither had cheese. He lied to me!

I have photos of the sandwiches with cheese. Having Dairy allergies is no laughing matter. When someone tells you no cheese. They don’t want cheese. It is really not a hard process, actually one less step.

Don’t lie to your customers. It is really rude and makes them find any avenue they can to let people know how rude you are to your customers.

I’ve eaten at a lot of McDonald’s and this one is by far the best one. They’ve only ever gotten my order incorrect once which is a huge deal as McDonald’s doesn’t always do that. They have wonderful staff, like Lorena who works the pickup window and Tony, who works the register. They will greet you as if you are family and always help you start your day off right. Overall, my go-to McDonald’s.

Night and day from the other carpentersville McDonald’s. Extremely rude and order was wrong. Not the first time this has happened either. Maybe drive the couple miles and go see how that branch operates. Would suggest the same thing to the patrons as well.

Went through the drive thru and we were not given all the food we paid for. When we tried calling multiple times they said they couldn’t hear us and hung up. Poor service overall and now requires us to revisit the store to correct their error.

I ordered a 20 piece so me and my friend can share and there were only 15 nuggets and we called and I tried explaining to the lady and she hung up on me and this should not be happening she should show some respect

I came through drive-through I ordered I asked for a buffalo and ranch with my food and I made sure to tell the guy at the second window that I wanted a buffalo ranch. He said OK. They pulled me to wait for my food and I asked was there buffalo and ranch and the lady said well if you don’t have nuggets, then you have to pay extra. Maybe tell me that when I’m in the drive-through. Then I had to pull all the way around park and go in anyways to pay .60 for sauce. Shitty service
