Our delivery driver Milton was amazing. I’m convinced he teleported to the apartment. The food was absolutely piping hot and perfect and our sprite was freezing cold because Milton is a king and got it to us at the speed of sound. He was also very pleasant and nice. Please tell Milton he’s amazing.

This location acts is if they can’t drive 2 miles to deliver a pizza the other location that is closer to me only has one driver at the moment and I would have to wait two hours to get my pizza so they told me to call another location. They told me that that was too far and the other one is closer after explaining what was going on. They still didn’t want to deliver my pizza. I have two small kids and I don’t believe in leaving my kids in the car not for one second but this is what they were telling me that I would basically have to do. I wasn’t gonna sit here load up unload load up and unload my kids again for a pizza so that they didn’t have to drive they are lazy and very unprofessional and left me on hold for this matter of 2 miles for over 10 minutes. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Have always tipped well, tracker said pizza was done. 30 mins later called up and the person on the phone blamed me for being lazy saying I should have just picked up the pizza. Tracker updated and the delivery guy left the store and it said he drove past my house across town. After waiting another 20 mins called up and cancelled the order

Waited for 2 hours for my delivery and then received text it was cancelled. When I called after one hour, was placed on hold for 10 minutes with no response. When I received the cancellation notice, (after 2 hours) I called again and a young man named Chris was rude and defensive and very unprofessional. He stated I didn’t put the right address, but when I pulled up the order it said the correct address. He stated that the phone number I put in was wrong and that they had tried to call me several times. However, they text me when the order was received and again when it was cancelled. If they didn’t have the number, how did they text me? or why didn’t they text me and get the correct information. When I asked how to do it so it came across correctly, he said I don’t know what to tell you and I’m not going to argue with you. He also stated when I told him I had called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes he said “well we’re busy and you just have to wait” His customer service was beyond bad and he certainly should not be in a management role. Even if I had done something wrong on the order, a simple I’m sorry would have been enough to calm the situation down. Constantly saying, well it’s not our fault doesn’t help matters at all.

Used a coupon for $20. 2 pizza a 2liter bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. The Food was amazing. Ordered on app. The pizza did seem to be short on cheese. One pizza we had ordered extra cheese and that seemed normal, the second pizza we ordered normal cheese and it was very light. Hence the only reason for 4 and not 5 start. If I could give 4.5 i would. but great deal and will order again.
