I ordered one boneless BBQ chicken and it was completely hard barely any barbecue in it either It was really hard to chew it. Then like ordered the taco bowl and the rise of it came out uncooked and really hard, also I said not to put any spicy sauce in it but they still did 🙁 I do not recommend it.

Ordered the Keto Bowl, definitely a thumbs down for this one. With additional charging for the hibachi steak, it only came with 8 penny size cuts. The steak is very salty as well. Nothing is the same as described as “high protein” on the menu. The bowl isn’t even filled. Not worth it for $15.

I love bubbakoos, but this one right here absolutely not. Whoever made my almost $50 dollar DoorDash order certainly did not make it with love. Paid extra for certain toppings that were missing. The carnitas was barely carnitaing because honeyyyyyy that thang was missing! The rice girlllll that thing was so hard almost broke my damnnn tooth. And the “LOVE” chips obviously needed a lot of love because those things were looking pretty sad. Next time I’ll go to a different one because this was not it.

If you’re ever in the mood for some REAL tacos this is definitely the place . i’m talking REAL MEAT! leave taco bell alone asap! the variety of meats is GREAT. my son really loves this place it’s our 3rd time here and it never fails. and HINA the cashier/cook was so sweet and kind ! please try them out you won’t be disappointed.

I just left this location that recently opened and the manager is so delightful customer service skills is amazing. He’s very patient and the staff as well!!! The Food is tasty and the presentation is great keep up the good work don’t slack because I’ll call corporate lols seriously though things will get aggravating especially the location your in but with the great customer service skills you guys have you’ll do just fine. Best of luck. So I didn’t want to leave this but after my encounter with the lady today who told me to come and she’ll fix the issue because I always give the benefit of the doubt. I convey the steak was so tough it wasn’t edible she fixed issue and I appreciated it truly because ppl don’t have money to waste especially when I paid for something and couldn’t eat it. As I’m walking away with my toddler I hear her saying things in her language just wondering why the need for all of that when you clearly said your workers are new and fixed issue I paid for steak that wasn’t edible and I wasn’t going to bring here but since you made me feel uncomfortable with my child because I heard you. This lady manager pretends to be pleasant and when you walk away says things as if you can’t hear.it’s no way you can cook a steak that quick anyway. Clearly I made post before eating food entirely as stated in picture but I still feel the manager last night is awesome. I should have waited until 6 until he came but she assured me it’s fine come in when I did (long post sorry) #edited

I do not recommend this place! A group order for myself and coworkers and everything was disappointing. I ordered the jerk chicken quesadilla, there was no flavor at all on the chicken. My coworker ordered tacos and there was hardly any meat with what looked like curdled sour cream. Everything looked and tasted like it was old. Even the apple empanadas were burnt. Would give zero stars if possible..

My new favorite spot for a tortilla bowl. I used to go to Qdoba but I feel like the bowls got smaller there. Bubbakoo’s is fairly priced and delicious. The staff in the Elizabeth location is always very kind and attentive, they even remember you and your favorite order. No matter what time I go, middle of the day, the afternoon or close to closing, they’re always a professional bunch. Love this place.

BEWARE OF SCAMMING LADY. I tend to go to this location for their wings and their Jerk sauce. I recently tried the Everyday Deals which is placed at $8 which included the tenders, chips, and a drink all for that price. I ordered the same thing twice (once online and once in person) to make sure what the actual price is. The South Asian lady at the register is a SCAMMER. When I ordered this deal through the online service it was around $8.64 but when ordering this in person the total comes out to $11.86. The lady is very sneaky and add on additional charges for the chips and then quickly changes it to the payment screen so you cannot see what you are being charged for. When analyzing the receipt it is printed in a way you only see the total and not what you ordered. This is ridiculous. I will be bringing this to corporate because it is not fair for regular customers to be scammed by the employees.
