We were greeted as we walked in. It seemed everyone was in a good mood I ordered the 2 entree plate with orange chicken and beijing beef with a side of grilled teriyaki chicken. Everything was hot, fresh and good.

Its one of the best panda’s i ever visited, everything was cooked fresh, smells fantastic, clean and fast, i had the black pepper angus and orange chicken with fried rice. The pictures and video explains better. Add it to your list now, thank me later

As soon as we walked in not one employee said hello or even acknowledged us at all. There was no other customers s there and it’s obvious they ran everyone off because of very bad customer service. So we came to the other one in grand prairie and sooo much better service and food!!

Really nice place to eat in. The buff asian dude is real cool with all the customers. Friendly and clean. Place is very well maintained. Might be a little cold and the bathroom is weird with two stalls in the mens room but the food and service is one 9f the best I have been to and I eat out alot.

The food is usually good so that is a plus however the drive-thru is so ridiculously slow. So. Slow. For the prices being as expensive as they are you would think that the employees wood get your order out in a reasonable time frame. Honestly they should not be able to call it fast food.

Wish I could post a video but no way I got hard rice…. I’d avoid this place. Even the teriyaki chicken wasn’t cooked fully and was so soggy this Panda Express fell off hard. Surely they’ll get better cooks
Edit: I also want to add that they usually run out of items too. Once last year they had no fried rice and chow mein on a Saturday at 9pm shamlessness xqcL

This is not a norm for the chain. My experience today was definitely better than most. The Food was hot and fresh (literally every entree and side).
My only true complaint is the drive thru took longer than necessary.
However, it doesn’t take away from this recent experience being a good one. I definitely plan on returning.
