Had a wonderful experience. It was 6 course Latin with world cuisine 6 course omakase chefs tasting menu . We took the Truffle and Caviar addons and there were added as per the chefs recommendation. The caviar bump on the basque cheesecake was a very unique combination. Every course was phenomenal. The cocktails and even the zero proof drinks were complex and delicious! I was highly impressed with the old Delhi korma tacos as the spices and the flavors were on point. Highly recommend dinning at the Bruto!

Had an overall great experience last night for Sunday dinner at Bruto. We went with reservations to sit at the chefs counter because we enjoy the special interaction with each other as well as those behind the counter in the kitchen. They work very delicately plating each beautiful dish. They made sure to work with my food restrictions (I gave them notice) and even verified when I came to the restaurant. The meal itself was delicious and the chef made sure to explain each detail of where his ingredients come from and how they are used. Very Latin flavors packed into small courses which ended up being perfectly filling. Would come here for a special date night.

Bruto is an experience. The food, the cocktail pairings and the service are top notch. Our close friends raved about Bruto and we are so glad we were finally able to experience it. We look forward to our next visit.

Made a reservation here for my birthday last night and…WOW. I never feel compelled to leave reviews but the food, service, presentation, amd atmosphere were all at 100% and it was seriously the best dining expirence I have had, period. I loved how almost every person on the team came and talked to us at some point about some dish, it really shows how much this team cares and how knowledgeable everyone is. The service was amazing, I literally do not think it could have gotten better, empty plates and cups picked up instantly, water consistently full, new napkins every so often, seriously spot on service. For the price, the amount of food , and service you get I really thought it was a good deal, and get the mixed drink pairing!! For $60 it’s an insane deal ($15 cocktails everywhere else in Denver) and a few of the cocktails instanty made my shortlist for favorite drinks ever. I will be back next time I’m in Denver.

Wow, just wow! Our first time here, to celebrate a birthday, and we were absolutely blown away from the very beginning greeting when we arrived.

Great experience last night at the counter. Excellent and intricately prepared six courses with truly well paired wines. A lot of thought has gone I to every detail and it shows – all the more remarkable since there is no animal protein whatsoever. The automatic 22 percent gratuity was a bit cheeky but ultimately warranted when one considers the high level of effort and service.

This place is special, let me tell ya. If a certain tire company reviewed restaurants in Denver it would be doling out a couple of stars to this joint. Great menu with seasonal ingredients and a fantastic pairing (cocktail and wine) that will have you saying, et tu, bruto?

They focus on one ingredient per evening, if not for the week or month. And each course highlights that ingredient. The pairing cocktails were lackluster, there would be only one cocktail that I would order again out of the 10 that we had. We also had a 10 course meal. That was really fun to analyze, but really, there was only one or two dishes that we would order a second time. there were a couple dishes where they seemed lazy, which I’m sure made up for in other courses. We did their 10 course prefix menu. I was really excited for the caviar bump, but feel like it could’ve been elevated with more than just a large amount of caviar. Incredibly Expensive for mostly lackluster.

The food was spectacular. Each coarse was exciting and well presented. I definitely recommend the wine and cocktail pairings. What made the experience for our group was the interactions from the chefs. It was educational as well as delicious. If you want a unique dining experience check this place out!

Food was very unique and flavorful. The atmosphere was intimate and comfortable. The only weakness in my opinion was the “cocktail pairing” – several drinks didn’t really pair with the food.
