I ordered a pizza, cheese fries and jalapeño poppers from the slice app. When I picked them up and got them home, the jalapeño poppers were undercooked, mushy and fell apart when I picked them up. I contacted the slice app who state the restaurant would not refund me, only deliver a new order of poppers (I live right around the corner and they said 20 minutes.) I figured they would take the time to ensure they were cooked through. Received another order and they were even more underdone than the first and half of them felt cold and a completely different mushy white texture over at least half of them. I called the restaurant and while the girl I spoke with was very apologetic, she placed blame on the brand of poppers they were using. First, it doesn’t matter what brand you use when they’re undercooked, they’re all inedible that way. Second, if you know they’re not good, why are you keeping them on the menu? She offered to put a credit on my account, but honestly, this place has taken a nose-dive. It was completely dead when I went to pick up my food and they still couldn’t manage to make a new order of poppers even half as well as the first terrible batch. It’s just not as good as it used to be and instead of making your patrons pay for the poor management and oversight of food preparation, don’t sell items you know aren’t good. Honestly, I probably won’t be returning to use my credit. This was very disappointing. The other food wasn’t even good enough to make up for it and the pizza used to be amazing.

My main complaint is that I ordered a Caesar salad off of the slice app and didn’t receive any dressing or utensils. I also would like to have a fork for boneless wings. Secondly kind of unhappy with the size of the 6 boneless wings, they were more like nuggets. Garlic knots were ok. But when I called about the missing dressing and no utensils, my options were to wait in line until the delivery driver could deliver it to me (20 minutes they said) or receive a $0.50 refund. I chose to wait for the dressing to be delivered and also asked to order another order of boneless wings since they were so small. They told me I would have to pay another delivery charge when the guy is coming here for free already.

My go to when I’m hungry but don’t feel like cooking or running out. That white pizza is always on point. I could eat it every day if it was acceptable. Staff is great, know me by name when they deliver and even greet my frenchie. Lifetime customer here.

Friend of mine/long time customer played host on a Friday evening and wanted to introduce me to a Sicilian style chicken cheesesteak pizza….bread was too thick, on top of the toppings being stuck to the top of the box as the pie might’ve been underdone. Underwhelming to say the least from past results.

Specifically asked the woman on the phone to make sure the roll was fresh.( because last time it was hard on the ends and the entire sandwich fell apart) She assured me it would be. Well it was stale roll and it took over an hour and the middle was soggy from the pickles and lettuce sitting for an hour. When I called and told her I was told 25 mins her answer was well we are busy. Like that is my problem!! Not any offer of something off the bill next time, No we will make a new one because that’s sitting there for almost an hour after they made it, Nothing. So because they’re too busy to care about me order, I’m left with a stale, soggy hoagie that finally arrived 1 hour and 13 mins after I ordered it on a Wednesday afternoon. So I guess they are too busy to care about the customer service or the food.

We ordered 2 cheese steaks and chicken nuggets around 7 PM. Sorry guys, it wasn’t very good. The cheap nuggets were just OK. The cheese steaks were way below par for cheese steaks around the Philly area. The bread was NOT fresh, the fried onions were practically raw and there wasn’t very much meat or cheese on them at all. We’ll try a pizza next time if we do try this place again.
