What a very disappointing visit! Ordered a jalapeno bagel toasted with lox etc. And it came out cold and by the looks of it, the bagels all shrunk. 9$ lox sandwich!!!?? Nope. I can do better elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the coffee. (Because I made it myself ) the was my 2nd time there. 1st time was way better. Not planning to be back. Too bad, quality has gone down

Food is great! Unfortunately you can’t order by phone for pickup and if you try to use the app before it closes they won’t take your order. Providing a certain service until a certain time isn’t their work motto. Getting out of work on time is of the utmost importance to them.

Had my first experience here after living here for almost three years. Got an “herby turkey”. Nothing really special, sun dried tomato spread was a nice touch. But for the love of Mike – if you don’t have fresh lettuce at 1130 in the morning, leave it off.

I’ve received multiple burnt bagels. I am friends with someone who works at another store and the bagels are being made incorrectly by the weekend baker. I ordered 2 everything bagels with butter. There was no seasoning on them. When I went in for a refund(because this has happened so much I just wanted my money back) I was told “we don’t do refunds” and instead they made me one more bagel that was also lacking seasoning. Your employees in all departments need to be retrained. I did not end up eating the bagels and still did not get my refund. As someone who comes to this store a lot and being a bedford resident it saddens me how many times I’ve had this stuff happen at this branch and I can no longer go because I do not trust that I will get what I’m paying for.

Took 50 minutes for a bagel order…didn’t even think that was possible. Employees were also attempting to close before hours posted on door. Dozens of people attempting to get in and locked outside confused. Staff incompetent and clearly don’t want to be there…bad combination. Food is good if you manage to get in and can wait 50 minutes.

If I could have given this zero stars, I would have. There is always an issue at this specific location (Bedford, MA). I just went in and spent $38 on breakfast for 3 people only to get home and find the order is wrong. And worse that that is the kids that work at this location. If I had heard the “F” word one more time while waiting for my incorrect order, I was going to lose my mind.. And to the kid that was walking around behind the counter eating his bagel like it was the first meal he has eaten in a month, two bits of advice, stay in the back room to eat and learn to chew with your mouth closed! You would think the manager (I can only assume that she was) might have said something about any of what was going on there. Very disappointed to say the least.
