I just came from this store. Been coming here for over 8 years. The store is gone down hill. It’s thilthy and not clean. The restrooms are disgusting. The pastries are always over baked and burned. Not soft and fluffy like when they first opened. The corporate office needs to drop by for a surprise visit to see for themselves. See attached photos. All tables not cleaned. Cake display case dirty. Dirty restrooms. feces on toilet. Trash on floor. Trash can over flowing. I’ve spent tons of money over the last 8 years and I’m no longer a loyal customer due to the uncleanness of the store. Just imagine what the pastry prep area in the back looks like. Health department needs to come by to make sure coffee machine and prep area are not bacteria farms.

I stopped coming here since 2018 for good reason. I noticed the female asian manager (hope she’s not employed there anymore) treated her employees rudely. Witnessed a few times how she talked to her employees with such degradation and disrespect. Just couldn’t bear it and never came back out of disgust. I never support businesses that treat their employees poorly. She also talks to customers rudely might I add. Nothing good about the place, was even surprised she was the manager. The food was terrible. Their boba was never fresh when I came in around the afternoon, the pastries were soggy, and the self serve area was absolutely filthy.

Never been here before but the staff was friendly and walked me through the covid safe procedures to getting my baked goods. Prices are reasonable and they have indoor and outdoor seating if you can’t wait to enjoy your goodies.

Came to this location for the first time and the service I received while ordering was great but the bathrooms were horrible… never understood how a place that sells food bathrooms are atrocious. Not to mention I asked for a stir stick and the lady that was making the coffee was rude telling me this is all we have in a cold tone.

Theory is in practice here. They bake bread lime taro lemon strawberry channels rivulets and streams of blueberry. It’s all poetry here in this so called cafe. And I wouldn’t Gabe or any other way. It’s like blueish boysenberry and currants mixed up with bubbles and jellies. How can anyone ask for more? Ask no more. Ssip and savor!

Great bakery and coffee/desert shop!! I especially enjoy their salt coffee over ice. It has a really creamy interesting taste you just cant get ar other coffee shops. Their bakery is fresh, as this place gets pretty busy. They also have a full desert menu with lots of cakes and other sugary stuff. Very helpful staff as well
