I was visiting my mom in the hospital and wanted a good breakfast without sitting down somewhere. I found this place, and it was so amazing. My coffee was so good, and it was just a regular brewed coffee. And I loved the sundried tomato spread on the zesty breakfast sandwich! We don’t have good places like this in my small town! Full disclosure, my review is about the process of applying for a job here and is aimed at helping people considering this location as their workplace. I had an interview, and I declined to move forward in the application process because of the manager I interviewed with. The manager I spoke with was rude, underpays his employees, and expects a bagel making job to be his employees’ number one priority. There are many wonderful places that need help. I’d stay away from this restaurant when it comes to your job search.

Delicious, fresh and authentic bagels. Had the egg, bacon, cheese breakfast sandwich and it was super yummy. The store was busy on the Sunday morning I visited, but was adequately staffed for great service and minimal wait time. There was plenty of seating and I noticed there was seating for a party of 12 to meet for family breakfast.

My favorite bagel place in town. Can preorder with the app but I just walk in and they always have something I like. Take home plenty and put them in the freezer. Lots of sandwiches and drinks available as well as just bagels and cream cheese.

Arrived at 7am, it really wasn’t busy. But what was readily apparent was the afternoon crew had not bothered to clean the café area at all. There wasn’t a clean table in the place and no telling when was the last time the windows were cleaned. This is a management problem. It was obvious that no one cared about such details. The food was fine, but the conditions were not.

I called ahead for two dozen everything bagels. I usually go to Bruegger’s on Center. Anyway, the bagels were under baked, had very little seasoning on them, and were very misshapen. Ugly, white bagels.

Every time I come to this location, I have the worst customer service. This is my second time at this location, and tried giving it another try, it’s been a different employee every time. The man helping me was so rude and yelled at me to speak louder, then when he checked me out, he tried being nice and expected me to act like he didn’t just yell at me, and said “have a good day” and after I didn’t respond, because I felt I’d better not say anything if I wasn’t going to respond nicely, he says “I’ll do the same” like I’m not going to let you disrespect me, and then you try to be nice and expect the same back from me! Very disappointed in the two experiences. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work here. We all have bad days, don’t take it out on random customers.
