Finally stopped here to get some frozen custard. Most definitely worth the stop. Had a lot of different varieties of sundaes, milkshakes with flavor combinations to choose from. Today I picked the Salted Carmel Pretzel Sundae!

First time here. It was really tasty! However the portions (I got the sundae) are huge. I don’t want to feel ill from something that’s supposed to be a treat, nor do I want to be wasteful. It was so big it melted before I even got 1/4 through. I had to throw the majority of it away and I don’t like being wasteful, so throwing it away erased my joy of having the deliciousness! It’s ice cream, so it’s not like I can just take home leftovers. The adults before me ordered cones, baby cones. I heard the person after me say “I should’ve gotten a baby cone.” Please consider reducing your portion sizes. If all that is available to me here is a baby cone, I’ll likely not be back, delicious as it is. Based on what I heard from the customers before and after me, it seems like this is what your customers want.

Went to Jules yesterday for some nice family time but experienced some bad customer service. The ice cream itself was delicious as always but the girls that ran the stand were very rude. I had received something I did not order and they hesitated to fix it. Will not come again.

The first time, I ever got a hot fudge sundae and only had a little hot fudge in the bottom of the cup, and none on the top of the ice cream at all! I was very disappointed to have to eat a whole cup of ice cream before I could taste the topping!

I love the atmosphere of the little walk-up store & the lights. It’s reminiscent of a carnival. The frozen custard is better than most ice cream and they don’t skimp on quantity. You order a medium cone, you better have a bowl ready. It’s huge. More like an XXXL cone.

Love their ice cream and everything they have to offer. It’s a great spot that has been there for many years and brings joy for the whole family and for the locals a sense of nostalgia. I just love Jules it reminds me of dairy corner and PACs ice cream.
