Foods great but the old white man with long hair working cash register needs an attitude check ASAP. This was the worst Bruegger’s experience ever. I used to work at a store in PA. I love Bruegger’s Bagels. We don’t have them in Maryland. We were visiting Michigan so on our last morning we decided to meet family for bagels. 1st I was so disappointed to see that the diningroom is closed. We had nowhere to eat together. 2nd the older man working there basically barked at us to move out of the way (no one else was there). If you work in customer service then you should be friendly and welcoming not rude. Lastly my cream cheese tasted like it had gone bad. And they only had maybe 8 bagel types available and several were flat. If I lived in the area then I would not return. This was not the Bruegger’s I remember from many years ago.

The bagels are good but the company doesn’t seem to keep any consistent hours. Over the last few months more often than not the store is closing an hour+ early. Hard to want to drive to the store just to be greeted with a sign that they’ve closed early over and over again. They should probably change their hours if they regularly can’t stay open until their posted hours.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The egg and cheese sandwich took over 20 minutes and it wasn’t busy. The employee was rude and literally yelled at us to get out and said we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant. He could’ve just asked us to step out but instead yelled at several of us. Completely lost any good vibe here since covid. Still no indoor seating. Get in and get out. All the cold beverages are warm. Used to be my favorite bagel shop….will not be back.
