I sat in the restaurant for a couple of hours eating my bagel and drinking coffee.
I watched people come and go the whole time.
Most appear to be regulars. The staff and customers greeted each other as the new customers came in the door. There was a table of guys drinking coffee and swapping stories.
The food is good as was the coffee. They were very accommodating when I had a special order for my wife.
During slow times I had a chance to visit with the people behind the counter.
The music playing in the background was also enjoyable. I will stop in again next time I am in the area.

Great place to grab bagels, which are available in a variety of flavors. The breakfast sandwiches are alright- not the best I have tried but not bad. At $6-8 dollars per sandwich, I’d say you’re better off buying the bagels and making your own sandwiches at home with fresh ingredients. The service is very quick though, and the employees are careful in their work. The place was rather empty and clean when we visited (9am on a Saturday). Not bad for a chain.

I was surprised to see a low rating here. I am just a bagel, cream cheese, and coffee guy and have not delved deeply into the menu. For me, the staff has always been friendly and efficient.

It was delicious and the service was great. I wouldn’t recommend saving the bagels for the week. I’ve done that with other shops but these didn’t hold up well in my opinion. Eat day of.

Looking to provide some constructive feedback and transparency on this store. I’ve been here a couple times now and can’t say I’ve had an experience that was a positive one.

There were a couple of things off about today’s visit, but most notably was this drink. It’s early morning, I forgot to ask to remove milk from the drink, that’s on me I know. But when I asked the guy if he could remake the drink, even while being apologetic about it, man he was so irritated about it.

That alone is not unreasonable right? But: – What is this gunk in my drink? I hope coffee grounds? Thought it’s supposed to be filtered out.
– Why does the drinks taste like it was drowning in sweetener?
– If you’re not happy about remaking a drink, don’t remake my drink in retaliation?

Very likely will not be coming back. Franchises have a set menu so any points the store gets for “great food” really go to the brand itself, not the store. The very controllable element of an individual store is who they hire, giving them proper training, paying them fairly. Something in that mix is off

Not the most friendly staff. The bagels were fine but there is independently owned shop that has more flavors and better cream cheese. Prices were better than other bagel shops so I guess this is a case you get what you pay for.

Foods great but the old white man with long hair working cash register needs an attitude check ASAP. I had to educate him on not being rude as a grown adult… get rid of this person or have a serious talk with them. Other teammates were on point, would have left a great tip, first time I’ve never left one.

*UPDATED* Fresh bagels, fast service and now nice and clean again. 3.7 average clearly reflects the struggles they were having with staffing for a while, just like everywhere else. Gave them another try this morning and everything was back to great. The coffee was even hot. Well done!

Bruegger’s Bagels has a creative and delicious menu. They have several varieties of bagels which they make fresh daily. There is a window along the back wall that allows you to watch the bakers as they work. They have a variety of unique cream cheese as well. The combinations of sandwiches they create are clever. For example, I had a fried chicken breakfast sandwich on a cheesy hashbrown bagel, with country pepper cream cheese. Their bagels are soft and fresh, and they are very generous with the cream cheese.

This gem hidden in a strip mall far exceeded our expectations. My family highly recommends it!

My father and I visited this morning around 8 am to place an order for five members of our family. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing—especially considering my father had already had a frustrating interaction when trying to order over the phone.

When we arrived, the woman behind the counter didn’t greet us at all. Instead, she began the interaction with a curt, “What do you want?”—as if we were inconveniencing her by simply being there. My dad started placing our order with two Asiago Parmesan bagels toasted with cream cheese (just the first two of five items), and she abruptly walked away without entering anything into the system or offering any explanation.

Caught off guard by her behavior, I politely said, “We have more items on our list to order,” hoping to prompt some communication or acknowledgment. She offered no response—just continued to look at us with visible annoyance. We went ahead and gave the rest of our order, including mine, my dad’s, and another family member’s.

Eventually, a second employee came over and asked us to repeat everything so he could enter the order correctly—something that should have been handled from the beginning.

At the time of writing this review, we haven’t even made it home with our food, so this feedback has nothing to do with food quality. It’s solely about the shockingly poor customer service. Interactions like this are unacceptable and make it unlikely we’ll return.
