First time coming to Bruegger’s Bagels but their parent company also owns Einstein’s and Noah’s Bagles. These guys get busy on a Sunday, got there at 1 and they were out of the specialty bagels (They close at 5) so it was kinda disappointing but completely understandable. Despite the rush, food came out fast and hot, I ordered the 2-egg Farmhouse with Asiago Cheese. Taste was ok, a little sloppy, I’ll have to try it again when there isn’t a rush to see if the quality changes. Unfortunately the drinks machine has limited choices and is behind the counter, so no refills. Staff was friendly and the place well maintained. A little overpriced for what you get considering the bagel and refill situation.

I really enjoy the menu selections but the service is quickly declining. My husband and I went to the Mayfield location yesterday and there were 2 bagel selections available out of 13. One of the workers stated “what you see is what you get and if you want a different type of bagel you will have to wait 40 minutes”. It was 9:30 in the morning!! If that would have been a response that I or a coworker would have given, we would have to look for other employment!! What’s happening to our customer service??

This has always been a busy store but even with four staff (one was on break), it still took over 15 minutes to get in and out. My only suggestion would be to make certain the staff change their gloves between each order. The wrappers on both my bagels had something sticky on them as he was doing two orders at once. Looked like grape jelly.

I’ve visited the mayfield heights location. I’ve also ordered on door dash both from home and work. It’s hard in today’s world to receive great food and great service but you have succeeded . I’m very sad you are closing, it’s a loss. Just wanted to let you all know you will be missed , thank you for doing what you do.

The service has definitely declined over the last 6 months. I’ve walked in several times and they had little to no bagels available and it was 8 a.m. Many of the employees are unfriendly and seem unhappy to be there. It’s a real bummer because I really enjoyed this place at one time.

Stopped in for lunch around 2pm on a Thursday, so not a huge crowd. Service was prompt and the employees were engaged, but maybe still learning their roles. The restaurant was pretty disordered however with several dirty tables and napkins strewn around. After wiping off a place to sit, the meal was fine and the patrons warm.

Bruegger’s has always delivered fast service with good food. I always order the same thing, and it tastes the same every time. This store has always had excellent staff who know what they’re doing when they’re making your sandwich. I have recently visited multiple times during the Covid-19 pandemic and there is no sit-down available, all orders must be taken to go.
