As a pre-paid member of the Sip Club, I’m entitled to a free beverage of my choice daily. I prefer cold green tea. So refreshing! Service is always fast and the staff are friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh and delicious. Panera is also a great place to meet colleagues or friends for small meetings or one-on-one.

This is a fairly small location, so it is especially evident when they are operating at the speed of a snail because there is not even room for the twenty people waiting for food, blocking the drink station. Tables weren’t cleaned. Service was extraordinarily slow, which was odd because they were well staffed. After standing there for probably 25 minutes the food was served to the counter. The full sized salad was in a half sized bowl. They assured me it was the full sized amount, which was physically impossible in a bowl this size. Then I told them to disregard because I wasn’t interested in waiting another 25 minutes. No apologies were given. Upon picking up the bowl of Mac n cheese, I poked the top and it was frozen. Waiting 25 minutes for frozen Mac n cheese seems insane. Again no apologies even from the manager, who microwaved it and have it back. Again, no apologies or offers to make things right. Man, at least throw in a cookie or something. Leaving a customer like that results in a review like this. We won’t be back. Ever.

The bathroom is absolutely feral. There was a literal caked on poop smudge on the toilet seat and the bathroom reeked of urine. There is hair and other nasty things everywhere in the bathroom and also in the dining area. There are crumbs all over the seats and tables as if someone didn’t use a plate. They need to badly vacuum the floor, I think I could get a full meal if I collected the crumbs and particles. The service is so incredibly slow, you may as well just go ahead and celebrate your next birthday. There is also a high pitch squealing coming from a machine in the back, probably from a rusty panini maker or something. The food is subpar for the insane price that you pay, my salad also was drenched in oil. Panera peaked in 2012 and has never been the same since. Unless you can travel back to 2012, spend your money elsewhere.

Order off their website and order a Strawberry Chicken Poppyseed salad and a bowel of chicken noodle soup. The salad had no chicken on it, the strawberries were slimy, they didn’t include the dressing, AND the soup was nothing but chicken broth!! Hadn’t eaten Panera for quite awhile due to some past disappointments but thought I would give it another try but obviously that was a huge mistake!! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered pick up from their website, while made correctly, my sandwich had hair in it, that I unfortunately didn’t see til I had eaten it and pulled out of my mouth. My summer fruit cup states that is supposed to be cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries. No berries at all just mushy cantaloupe and a couple pieces of pineapple and one wrinkly grape. This was my first visit to a Panera and I was not at all impressed. I will not be back to this location but may try another in future. Staff seemed to do alot of standing around . No one was in the restaurant except some people who were friends of an employee and just hanging out. Took almost 30 minutes to get my order

Food was good. A lot of deferred maintenance and filthy. $30 for 2 people. I can go to Cheesecake factory for a better experience at that price. Panera is a family favorite and this location was disappointing.
