As a pre-paid member of the Sip Club, I’m entitled to a free beverage of my choice daily. I prefer cold green tea. So refreshing! Service is always fast and the staff are friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh and delicious. Lots of soup choices and comfort foods. Panera is also a great place to meet colleagues or friends for small meetings or one-on-one. BTW don’t forget the fresh delicious pastries!

Food was OK; staff were pleasant & efficient; HOWEVER, the entire facility needs a DEEP CLEAN. The ladies restroom is in dire need of intense scrubbing or a complete tear out and replacement of walls, flooring, sink, faucet, light fixtures- everything!

I have repeatedly had spoiled and rotten lettuce at Panera. Please provide fresh produce. I don’t like to complain but this has happened to me 3 times in the last few months. If it was just an off day I’d understand. Getting slimy and brown lettuce when it should be green is such a bummer. I should be able to eat every bite of my salad!

Panera is a go-to when traveling because of the consistency. Unfortunately, this location is an exception. When we walked in, we saw an employee run her finger under her nose and then pick up the paper in the bakery section to pick up something – no gloves and didn’t wash her hands. This was the same employee who took our order and she greeted us with “What do you need”. Should have left at this point. She tried to cover by asking personal questions which just made it worse. On mine, she entered a different sandwich than what I ordered but due to time, I went ahead. It was a toasted sandwich but the chicken inside was cold – not sure how that happened. And the salad did not have the usual good flavor. At a minimum, this is one location that could strongly benefit from kiosk ordering to overcome poor service skills. I strongly suggest bypassing this,, go across 71 to the other side where there are much better options.

Food was good, although they were out of a few things. Employees at register and prepping food were nice. Couldn’t find a plug in for my laptop but not a huge deal.
The reason I’m leaving a negative review is because as I was eating, I watched an employee arrive, go behind the counter with their purse and jacket, not wash their hands, lay money down on the food prep area, pull a bagel out of the tray with bare hands, use a knife to cut it and put it in the warmer, pick up the money and move it to another area of the food prep counter, pull the bagel out of the warmer and put it back in (still with unwashed bare hands), and open the cooler to get cream cheese out. So if I watched all of this happen in 30 seconds I’m not sure how clean the rest of the food prep area is…

definitely the worst panera experience i’ve ever had. the gentleman who took my order was kind, but as i was waiting in line, there was a huge pile of liquid sitting on the floor (a smoothie? throw up? not sure). overflowing trash, every table was dirty, the soup spoon given to me did not look washed (had crusty food stuck to it). bathrooms were questionable. the sandwich i got, did not taste like the description. the broccoli cheddar soup was a strange texture. i planned to sit in and work for a bit, but i had to leave as quickly as i finished my underwhelming food. i love panera, but this was a major fail. i should have left the moment i walked in and noticed the filth.

Simple egg and cheese sandwich. Cheese not visible and bread was burned. The dripping grease was scary. No flavor at all. Store was dirty. Difficult to find a place to park.

I typically write a 4 or 5 star review for Panera. But, this location needs a good cleaning. From the minute I walked in I noticed the floors were dirty, grimey, caked up dirt, and the men’s bathroom is beyond nasty. The smell and urinal needs to be cleaned and or replaced. The floor has residual urine all around.I’ve seen gas station bathrooms way cleaner. Seriously…please clean this place. It makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is.
