The food is always great. Most of the employees are wonderful. I had an interaction with an employee today that absolutely surprised me. She asked my order and I said it. I then moved over to the register to pay. I am a regular that comes in at least once a week and my order is the same every time. First she asked about my order and I answered. She told me that I had an attitude which I responded that I did not. Now what I did give off was that I really did not want her to make my order because she has made it wrong in the past a couple of times. After paying for my order, I noticed that one of the 2 bagels I ordered did not have cream cheese on it which I paid for so I asked for it on the side. She proceeded to tell me that she wanted to hurry up so I could get out of her face. I was the only customer at the time and it was her and two other employees. I pay for everything I order and TIP every time I come in so I could not believe her blatant disrespect. After I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager which I knew was a lie, I asked for corporate and she told me to go on the website. So we argued and cussed each other out. Her friend is the manager so I know there will be no repercussions of any kind for her. What I will say is that I have NEVER had an issue except with her and I do not appreciate being talked to that way. I kept my cool and composure until she told me she was trying to get her out of her face!! Who are you to talk to anyone like that. I enjoy the bagels and I will continue to patronize the company. This particular individual is a disgusting representation of your store. PERIOD!!

Breakfast is my go to meal, and Bruegger’s Bagel is where I often go. Today was a great experience as usual. Great customer service. Denise was the best! Picked up a dozen of those delicious bagels with cream cheese. Also had my favorite Farmhouse with 2 eggs and a cup of hazelnut java.

I stopped by to get a quick bite. Their bagels are really good and they have a lot of vegetarian options. So, this place is vegetarian friendly too. Their service was fast and good. You can make use of their wifi if you wish to stay connected to the internet while having a bite.

I was on the phone with my sister as she ordered from this particular location. It took me bt surprise to hear an employee yelling at her when she was attempting to discuss her issue with the food she ordered. I couldn’t believe that an employee would act in such a way to a customer. I was disgusted!

This was my first time visiting this location. Wow! Quite possibly the rudest customer service ever from what appeared to be the Manager, tall with dark hair. When we asked if we could get the brisket breakfast sandwich she preceded to go on a diatribe about how the ovens are constantly breaking and brisket takes too long. There were three people in front of us and while they were getting ready to leave the one pulled out their bagel and took a bite. She rudely said “You can’t eat that in here” Once they left she preceded to say ”How the hell do they not know they cannot eat that in here?” There are no signs posted saying you cannot eat in other than no tables and chairs being present. The only good thing about the experience was the delicious bagels, we will not be returning to this location. I will take my business elsewhere where I and other customers are treated with common courtesy!

First time trying this location in Cleveland, I usually go to the one in Pittsburgh, but since I am here for college I wanted to find another spot. They had rude customer service, and the bagel was cold. Never I coming back to this location again.

First time having time their breakfast and I have to say my sandwich was actually good. I went basic and got the sausage and one egg on a asiago bagel. The bagel wasn’t hitting like i expected, I feel like it should have been more flavorful. I wish I would have read about the hash brown before i brought it because I would have never purchased it. I didn’t understand it nor liked it. I thought I was getting hash rounds like burger or something but instead it was like a chunk of unpleasant tbh. I’m judging it because it’s not what i’m used to but I will get another sandwich from them. I recommend this location.
