I HAVE to make this review! The ladies that work there, especially in Mondays (when a dozen are $9.99, BTW) Millie, Angie, and Rose are spectacular human beings!!! They go above and beyond in service and are genuinely kind and sweet people!! On top of that, the food is Amazing.. Best bagels in town by far!!

The food was fine. I ordered an avacado, egg white, bacon, tomato, on a cheddar jalapeno. I didn’t realize that sundried tomatoe sauce was supposed to be on it, and I thought it had spaghetti sauce. It was really thick, and very acidic, but not anyone’s fault. The avacado was also brown, which was not very aesthetically pleasing, but didn’t really change anything. There were two ladies in there and no other customers, and neither one of the ladies were very pleasant. I understand not wanting to be at work, but you shouldn’t let that rub off on the customers. I dont know if they were mad at each other or if they just genuinely hate their job, but whatever it is, it shows. Hopefully they were just having a bad day or a bad morning and it got better.
The store it self was very clean. The bagles are fresh, and there was a great variety. I didn’t like what I got, I should have got something else, because everything looked so good and I was super excited about getting something good there. But again, nobody’s fault, just personal preference.

I’m honestly surprised this location has a 3.5 rating. The bagels themselves are good, but the service has consistently been the issue. I’ve been here around a dozen times, and the morning crew has never once gotten my order right. If I’m paying extra for two eggs on a sandwich, I expect to actually receive two eggs.
I’ve been to Bruegger’s in Minneapolis many times, so I know what the standard should be. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t come close to that experience. What’s more frustrating is that when mistakes are pointed out, the response often feels defensive rather than solution-oriented. It comes across like the morning staff simply doesn’t care about accuracy or customer experience.
I really hope management takes a closer look at the consistency and service here, because the food has potential — the execution just isn’t there.

I stop into this Bruegger’s all the time, and every single visit is a good one. The place is always spotless, the food is fresh, and the bagels are consistently perfect — soft inside, just the right chew outside.
But the best part is the staff. The ladies behind the counter are always friendly, patient, and on top of things. They make the whole place feel welcoming, and it’s a big reason I keep coming back.
It’s rare these days to find a spot that’s this reliable, clean, and genuinely pleasant to visit. They deserve every bit of praise. Highly recommend this location.

WORST experience ever. Rude staff leader. Went in to do mobile pickup, worker lady gazing in anger at the wall like it was a bother to help someone. Got order and was missing a bagel and had to literally argue that I was a bagel short and showed mobile order. Confrontational about everything being in the bag. Though they tried to remedy the situation by remaking items, the eggs are moldy like other reviews show. Health department needs to do a visit. Owner needs to restaff.

While one delicious Cheddar Jalapeno has more carbs than I should have in one day, I do dare indulge. On that rare occasion when traffic, time management and my budget all aligned I whipped in to order my fav. I was so disappointed that they had just sold the last Cheddar Jalapeno bagel. I didn’t sob but did have a moist eye. Then from the back a bagel purveyor announced she could have more fresh, hot and ready! Delightful it was! These ladies rock.

Nicest, sweetest, friendliest working ladies here makes construction not suck and we all look forward to break time. Fresh, real food instead of the fast food junk around here. Cheaper than waldos and the gas station next door (the gas station food is literally like 7$ for a nasty sausage biscuit)

I had a terrible experience at this bagel shop. I ordered hash browns, with bagels sandwich and shortly after eating them I became sick while I was driving, The food didn’t taste fresh, and I suspect it wasn’t handled properly. On top of that, the overall service and cleanliness of the shop didn’t inspire confidence. I expected a simple, safe meal but instead ended up with a very unpleasant experience. I won’t be coming back, and I think the place needs to take food safety much more seriously.”

First time going. Bagel turned out well but ordered it with no cheese. Double checked when it was handed to me and she said was it ordered like that? And then tore apart the sandwich and ripped off the cheese. Bagel tastes great, it’s good I dont have a severe allergy to dairy though. Staff made me feel like I was ruining their day by showing up and ordering. Ill probably try again in case this was a bad day of “Monday blues.”

But, I enjoyed mine. I had a honey sriracha breakfast sandwich. Friend had pastrami with an egg. He said the pastrami could have been better, but was ok.
Cool little spot. Bummed they didn’t have chairs and tables out. I think they’d have higher traffic if it was more welcoming. 3 stars for this.
