I love this location and never had a bad experience….until now. The black bald headed manager was extremely rude and more importantly rude to his employee. The way he was yelling at the cashier for a simple miscommunication on our order. I was even made about the incident because it happens but as a manager he shouldn’t have been talking to that little girl like that. This is very unprofessional and the rudeness he gave me was crazy. I requested a refund because I didn’t like his attitude or the way he treated that girl and he went all defensive yelling “That’s fine, that’s fine” Completely unprofessional

What a disappointing experience! I used to go to this Brugger’s Bagels location all the time before I moved out of the area and I just went back for the first time in a few years and it is sad to see how far downhill this location has gone. The dining room is closed with chairs and tables thrown about everywhere (looks like the place was ransacked). I ordered a build your own bagel and many of the things they had listed as available on the menu board were not available. Things like some of the meats, veggies like cucumber, and some other dressings as well. Service was slow and seemed disinterested as well. Hate to say it, but I probably won’t return to this location ever again.

Some zesty dude was sassy about me waiting in the dining area for my person and then when we asked why the dining area was closed (just curious) he gave us attitude about how they were still in fear of covid.. like I was wrong for even asking… might be time for this dude to get out of the customer service industry or just go ahead and shut this store down..

Each time I visit(Sharon Amity Location) I’m not sure if the older “AA” gentle is a manager but his attitude is HORRIBLE! I order this morning and part of my order was a coffee, I asked for a coffee cup sleeve as the cups are not thick and the coffee was very hot so I asked for another cup and he told the other employee she can get some napkins! Not that I’m spending millions here but I will definitely pass it by if I see him here!

Great food overall. The muffins were a tad dry and the interior seating was closed, so we had to go with the outdoor seating that could have used a good cleaning. I’ll definitely go back but for food to go instead.

The service and the food is very low quality. Highly do not recommend. The bagels were so chewy they made my jaw hurt and the tomatoes were frozen. Grossssssss. And the staff is utterly unhelpful and clearly don’t want to be there.

I had an hour to waist in the area so I thought a bagel and coffee sounded good and a place to sit and feed my baby a bottle. Walk in and ordered quickly. Went and put my baby down at a table and walk back to grab my coffee when I was told the dining room was closed. I acknowledged it and went back to my child when I was yelled at by the manager that the dining room was closed. I told him I was getting my baby and swiftly left and will not be returning.

First, I have been coming here for 10+ years- never had a bad experience. That was until my boyfriend and I purchased a bagel last week and found some sort of plastic bread tie within the cream cheese on his sandwich. We understand that mistakes happen, so all we wanted was to receive compensation for the bagel. However, when we went the next day to notify them of what happened, a few employees (and the manager) acted very unprofessionally. No “sorry”, only “huh” and “hmm”… One of them actually said “Well I’ve been here for 10 years and I’ve never seen that happen” okay? What are you implying? I love this place but the costumer service is obviously lacking. It would be helpful if you didn’t treat your customers with disbelief and ask them for proof of the error when it is literally a $5 mistake
