I had really high hopes for this place, as I’ve not had a bagel sandwich in quite some time. Sadly, what I received was very basic, luke warm, and just overall average. The bagel was a bit stale, and the meat and cheese used seemed very cheap. That said, the staff was incredible. At the time of my visit, they were not allowing indoor dining.

Long line and difficult to order food ahead and skip the line their app is set up only for catering it seems or door dash. Put your patience in your back pocket if you want breakfast here. Also the bagels go out of stock quickly so don’t count on getting what you want either

For a chain I’d expect cleaner conditions and better service. This particular location is not a place I’d want my college student to frequent.People are nice. It’s so hot, food preparers have sweat dripping onto surfaces. Food prep services and counters are not clean, waited 20 minutes after getting food to check out because only one register was open. Appears new but not getting any support from other staff. Reastaurant was extremely hot. Too hot to eat inside.

I frequent Breugger’s about once or twice a week because I work in Cameron Village, and its a great, quick breakfast. This is the closest location to both my work and home, however, there is one employee who is so rude to customers (and other employees) every single time I come to this location that I go out of my way to drive to the Wade Ave or Avent Ferry locations to avoid her. No one wants to start their day with someone scowling and snapping at them for just ordering breakfast. She is beyond unprofessional and likely the reason for the numerous bad reviews I read on here over the last few months. To be fair though, all of the other employees that I have encountered at this location were very pleasant.

Bagels are kinda dense, and there are no smallerlighter food options. Line goes out the door and service is slow because of understaffing. The indoor seating has been out of order for over a year.

Went there at 6am door was locked associates stared at me and didn’t come unlock the door. I waited 5 minutes before leaving because it was cold. If your supposed to open at 6 you need to be ready for customers at 6.
