Finally got a chance to review. Went through drive thru and this place is usually a hit or miss like it’s other location on wade ave. But a noteworthy they will sell lemon pieces to you these days in this post pandemic market of ours with the workers they are able to hire doing the bakery. In past they wouldn’t but now it’s all they can churn out I guess with the labor they hire. Literally it’s a hit or miss with this brand now. Got golden brown onion bagels averaged size not fluffy as expected but smell good though.

I went here to pick up a mobile order. Employee said there was no mobile order in their system when I went. I showed them the record of the order on the app and then they proceeded to question me and said my credit card probably got bounced. I then pulled up my credit card app to show that my charge did not get bounced. They then suggested that I purchase another bagel in store and then dispute the charge with my credit card company. At this point, I decided to just walk out as I have never received such disappointing service at a restaurant and didn’t feel like arguing anymore. I ended up just eating the $7 charge, getting no breakfast, and will never be returning again!

I went in for a simple bagel with extra cream cheese on the side and was charged $5 and some change. When She made my order, she was also making two other orders I assumed for the drive-through with it. My cream cheese wrap had a red substance on it I’m assuming from the other sandwiches. I’m glad I wasn’t allergic to anything. I swear I tasted onion in my cream cheese (I got honey walnut) There’s also a piece of cheese in my regular cream cheese bagel. The bagel was OK but it wasn’t worth the five dollars. Just go to food lion. You will get a whole pack of bagels and a larger cream cheese for the price and the time you spend getting a bagel here.

This is by far the best Bruegger’s around! The service is always friendly & super quick. Plus (& most importantly ) the bagels here vs the same flavor Bruegger’s bagel at a different location taste better here. They just know how to do it right!

There was a white woman who worked the drive-thru here that would always get my order wrong. I would always order a western sandwich with a coffee, that’s it. She would only ever give me my sandwich. I’d always just get my sandwich but not my coffee, so I just assume the coffee isn’t ready yet so I continue to wait in the drive-thru. She starts looking at me like I’m dumb, and I tell her I’m waiting for my coffee which I clearly ordered. She’d tell me I didn’t order and she’ll end up reluctantly start making my coffee. It’s also important to note that I’m not getting handed receipts here. This was a cycle that happened at least 10 times with the same employee, until I was fed up coming here and started going to the one on Hillsborough street instead. Turns out they’d only charge for the sandwich, so on the ticket it says I’m not ordering a coffee. not sure why she never wanted me to be charged for coffee, but too much of a hassle with a rude employee just for some free coffee.
