Staff was friendly and working fast. There is no military discount but there is a senior discount. The bagels were great, looks like they bake them right there. Many different bagel sandwich selections, even customizable, but they didn’t have all of the toppings that the menu board said they have. Prices were very reasonable.

Tons cars in the drive thru. Each car order takes 10-15 mins each. I’ve been stuck in your drive thru for over 20 minuets and there’s still 4 cars ahead of me. I won’t be back to this location.

I was in the Rochester area for work and stopped here. My sandwich was okay, though the bagel itself wasn’t as good as expected. What was really bad though was the disorganized service and the resulting wait. This is supposed to be a fast food sandwich shop, so I figured this would be a quick visit. But, it was 15 minutes from arrival to cashing out even though my order was a single sandwich and there weren’t that many customers inside. A good portion of my wait was at the unmanned cash register after the cashier walked away to help with food prep. I was about to leave my bagel at the unmanned cash register and walk out. Maybe it would have gone smoother had I used the drive-thru? Update: After reading this over, I just want to clarify that my comments about service aren’t meant to reflect negatively on any employees in particular. They appear to be doing the best they can in a disorganized work environment.
