Walked in and was waiting for a mobile order, was about 4 ft away from the door and a worker with red hair yelled out for us to move very rudely even tho there were ppl closer to the door than us. She called my friends name and threw her bag on the counter and didn’t even look up to say “There’s no eating in here”. She then yelled what else y’all need without looking up again and then threw my food on the counter when mine was ready. I come here all the time and this was very disappointing.

Normally I love going in here, always friendly and good experience. But the past few weeks they just haven’t been completing my order properly. when I finally come back in to fix it this time i wasnt treated as kindly. I asked if my normal order on the menu had changed and it hadn’t. So they take my old sandwich and slap on a ton of cream cheese and sent me on my way. I love these bagels, but if it’s not going to be made right and I’m not going to be treated kindly then I don’t think it’s worth spending so much on a bagel when Dunkin can treat me just the same way for cheaper. Really disappointed honestly

Takeout only still, but great bagels. There is something so different about a freshly baked bagel, as compared to the true mass market junk that is sold in stores, and Bruegger’s does it right. They are not your local bakery, but the bagels are just as good as most of those. Recommend.

Very rude and unprofessional service. One employee paid no attention to a customer who was waiting. Another employee yelled at customers. There used to be good people working at the store before the pendemic. They are not working here anymore. The new emplyees are horrable.
