We recently moved to Elk Grove from Bay Area and we have been trying to find a milk tea place. They gave us some really good recommendations off the menu. We loved how they have some Interesting concepts like split cups, special bottles and potted plant milk teas. We do love the wide variety of flavors and toppings. We ordered Thai milk tea and Strawberry black milk tea, 50% sweetness with honey boba and no ice. We really liked the drink – there was a good balance of sweetness and tea taste. We usually prefer more of a tea taste – perhaps we will try it with less sweetness next time. We haven’t experienced any issues here. Service was quick and staff was nice. Prices are decent.

My friend recommended this place for our meeting spot. I arrived early and ordered a regular size milk green tea (hot) with matcha and 0% sweetener. It was the average price of $6 (tip included). When my order was called, I noticed it was iced instead. It was a bit annoying since I had tipped already. However I didn’t have to wait long for the correction and its not like I was in a hurry. Just bad first impression of the place since it was a simple order, however, very minor. The facility was well kept. Aesthetics were OK. Music playing above from ceiling. It did get quite busy when I was there. A lot of customers came in to order the food items. Curious to try them out so I will go back. Hopefully second experience will be better but I won’t be tipping so soon.

Went in June 1st at around 630-7p. Made two orders, the same I usually get. Apparently I confused the cashier, stuff happens. When I told them they got my order wrong (he told me that’s not what I ordered but I’m positive he just misheard me), the other dude let out a VERY loud sigh (almost like he was in pain lol) and went to remake my order. I had requested almond milk because I’m lactose intolerant and they made it with the regular half and half. So I paid extra pretty much for nothing. Luckily I used a coupon so it wasn’t as much as I usually pay. I tipped them 10$ for the inconvenience of my 9$ order, but the work ethic in Tea Culture that day was low key laughable. Generally the customer service is great!

If you stop in, you gotta order the ‘Honey Toast’. It’s always so good & of course, filling! You can choose from different toppings & it’s made FRESH, So you will need to wait but it’s worth it!

The drinks are great!! I highly recommend the coffee smoothie and teas. Unfortunately, The food is not so good. Ordered the calamari, popcorn chicken & fries. Both the calamari & popcorn chicken were really hard to chew. However, they were nice enough to let me exchange the food.

Went today for their Tuesday special to be said it’s not Tuesday when clearly it is. I asked for a refund to be told it can 3-5 days which I don’t mind. Cashier looking like he was irritated to work and take my order. I usually pick up DoorDash in the evening and customer service is so much better. I hope you guys find people who want to work. But the Thai tea is good! I enjoy it
