Good food and friendly service in the heart of NT. The inside was a surprise as it has been renovated. Inside they have high top tables and a long bar style table to dine and drink on. Out front, street side there are a few regular height tables under the awning. Everyone enjoyed the bar style food and it was prepared correctly as ordered. The burgers & onion rings were tasty and there’s a decent choice of beer and cocktail specials. There is only street parking and it was easy to find on the day we went.

Each month this year (2023), a group of us decided to try a new restaurant each month. For March we selected Brownie’s Sports Bar and Tavern. Let me just say, they did not disappoint! Our server James was so friendly and really added to the experience. We also had the pleasure of chatting with Flip who gave us his insight to his ultimate dessert choice. There is no set dessert menu so you should definitely ask your server what kind of goodies they’re serving that day! Had a blast and had a great meal! Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Went to Brownies for dinner last night for the first time, was greeted and sat by Flip(flipper) and he was freaking hysterical and so sweet, he offered us shots for being new customers and James (I believe) was our server, he was quick, efficient and very friendly as well! Food was delicious and fairly priced for the large portions! Will definitely be back again very soon!

Visited Brownies for the first time this weekend for a friends Birthday Party. All I can say is WOW!. From entering the establishment we were immediately greeted by Flip (Awesome guy! definitely an asset to the company!) He asked if we needed help finding a table since it was so packed in which we graciously declined. The bar tenders were very nice, helpful and great to be around. All around the staff gets an A++ IMHO.

This is the 2nd time I got take-out, but first time I got non-BBQ food. We like to try various fish fry dishes from all around as well as a sampling of what who has. I got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. Sounded good, but it was a little overlooked where the chicken was dry and coating a little too crunchy. Will give them an A for it most likely being in house coated and fried, and not just frozen. The fish fry was okay but nothing to write home about. Again, felt it was a little overcooked. Although it may have possibly been coated and fried fresh, it had that texture and coating that felt like it was from frozen. Overall, it was good… just not great. We may try again to dine in, but overcooked (especially deep frying) is almost as bad as undercooked, so it left us slightly disappointed.

If the place has any business the night you go prepare to be rushed out. We were rushed so badly I was asked if I needed a box for my food I was still currently digging into and then literally asked to leave 5 minutes after paying. A decent owner would offer we continue our conversation at the bar if we wanted to stay not tell us we have to leave. Was extremely disrespectful, and I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Fantastic place and Kereoke is early on Fri. They close around 11 but still a fun place to hang for dinner and fun. The staff is more than accommodating for all your needs just ask even when there busy, owner may be there and make you feel rigjt at home

Service is exceptional. Very attentive and your glass never goes empty. Food is definitely next level from what you would expect from bar fare. Recommend reserving a table if possible as this place gets very busy from 5pm on.
