Our server was nice but not very attentive or organized. The salad was good but the appetizers were not very good. My wife ordered a Peach Margarita that never came. Finally the server went to find out why and brought back her drink. I don’t drink alcohol and even I could not taste any tequila in her drink. The music on the restaurant was loud with the doors open and the music from another place was coming in loud too so that you couldn’t distinguish one from another. No management to be seen. I wil not go back!

There were literally 3 customers in the whole restaurant and it took 20 minutes before I got asked what I wanted to drink. I never write reviews but the wait time was so ridiculous that I had time to write a review while waiting. They brought the appetizer and entree together…… of course . They get two stars fortunately cause the food was good. Oh and I had to ask to get a refill

Service was surprisingly good for a Friday night. Very party-like vibe on weekends so music is loud outside but comfortable enough inside. Food was good, smoked BBQ chicken was not dry and flavorful, Mac & Cheese is VERY good, and Po Boy was okay as well. Expansive variety of drinks and tons of TV screens! A great option for dining at Dolphin Mall.

Absolutely the worst service. My waitress was non existent, did brother to check on us. WORST was I other a check with came with a extra surprise, a large fly in my drink, I waited to tell my waitress I needed a new drink, but as I mentioned she was nonexistent, I walked over to the bartender to return the drink and request a new one, guess what second drink had a large fly in it as well. When I informed the bartender she shrug her shoulders and laughed. There was no Manager on site, we left disgusted and very disappointed. I will never eat there again.

Went a few weeks after it opened and the service was horrible, they were not even busy they got our order wrong we never got silverware had to ask for it twice, the appetizer and the food came all at the same time, I wanted another beer an the waitress was nowhere to be found, the food was not good at all, just cause you put BBQ sauce on some poorly cooked meat it does not make it BBQ, its incredible what we the people in Miami have accepted to be “good BBQ” just horrible all round. After seeing all the other reviews might have to give it another try to see whats up… but its not likely.

When they see people intoxicated like my ex girlfriend they kept serving her drinks until she became really rude and belligerent and that’s what happened with my ex girlfriend, I told them not to serve no more drinks and they continued because she demanded more drinks , the bartender should have used his intuition , discretion and better judgement and cut her off from the consumption of alcohol. Instead they allowed her to keep drinking until she was falling over. This cause The Break-Up of the Woman that I love very much. And it really a nightmare. They should have better trained bartenders that know when to cut their customers off ,because I was sober and sound but she would not listen to me and the bartender saw that and he kept feeding her drinks so this is why I am writing this detailed rating and Report.. you may think that this is silly but it really broke my heart and destroyed me and that’s why I am writing this review .I will never go there again!!!!!!

Our waitress was terrible. The manger took charge of when our food took forever to come out and realized the waitress wasn’t doing her job. The food was good to be honest. But for a first time experience , I personally won’t come back.
