Brisco County Wood Grill & Saloon is a Southwest-themed restaurant that uses their signature wood-fire grill to cook up world-class BBQ, Rotisserie, Steaks/Chops, & Burgers. In addition to that, the restaurant offers everything from salads, sandwiches, Mexican, and select entrees. With a vast selection of food and spirits, Brisco has just the thing to satisfy any taste. Since it’s founding in 1998, Brisco has become staple of the Germantown/Menomonee Falls area for 25 years & two generations. The Restaurant is on a mission to create a place for the community to come together – as friends, family, strangers, or lovers to share stories & break bread with one another.

Cute place on the outside. Decent on the inside. Food was just ok. Nothing special. It was cold by the time it was delivered. Service needs improvement. Waitress didn’t bring everyone’s soup or salad and then tried to get her again to bring the rest. Then we were missing sides. Had to ask 3 times for the drink we ordered from the start. Have seen this place from the highway several times and finally stopped and it will be first and last. Not impressed for their prices at all.

The food was delicious. I had the Princess Chicken and my husband had the sirloin. The portions were really big. They brought out warm bread with what I believe was homemade cinnamon apple butter. SO GOOD!! They also have drinkable ranch dressing (IYKYK)

Apparently the slogan “American Eats in a Western Setting” is working for them. Holy cow, Batman! This place was packed. People were parking on the street. I was going to have some “eats”, but couldn’t wait that long. I had a drink. The bartender was great. Sat in my car waiting for my date, so we could figure out somewhere else to go.

Went at around 2pm. Not super busy, sat instantly with fast service and not a long wait for food. The Interior was clean and great decor of western style but not over done. Great kids menu (not small or only the basics) warm fresh soft great bread served with homemade apple butter better than Texas road house. It had a few chunks of apple in there. So good. The French onion soup was out of this world! We also got the rotisserie chicken white meat, ribs and pulled pork open sandwich. Those meats were juicy, flavorful, more than just its sauce. phenomenal!!!! We would drive to Milwaukee just for those meats. The only downfall here was the brisket which was a huge disappointment. Would definitely not recommend this as it would ruin how amazing all there other options are. The garlic mash was also nothing all that great. Also there cheesecake is only served starting at 6pm. So we could not get it. All in all If you are looking for a great bbq this is most definitely the place to go wether it’s chicken, pulled pork or ribs.

The family enjoyed a nice meal here after calling ahead and reserving a table. Had we not, the wait time would have been an hour so you know people enjoy it here. The food was nicely prepared and on a busy night not too terrible of wait times. The only real complaint was trying to get and order drinks from the server but otherwise we will return here again.

Just recently went here with my grandmother and son. We absolutely love it! Our waiter was absolutely amazing, he was super friendly especially to my son, attentive, and fast. The food was really good and well put together.

A really great bar and grill. Definitely will be going back soon to check out their steaks! Quite the varied menu, everything from BBQ, to burgers, to salads, to even a few Mexican selections. The place is under new ownership and I was impressed to find one of the owners working the front desk with his staff and they didn’t appear to be understaffed. Our server was always there ready to refill my iced tea, and the food came quickly and hot. I had the steak fajitas and they were very very good. The only downside was that the tortillas were a little bit tough even though they were wrapped up in wax paper and in one of those tortilla warmers. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I highly recommend them.

Great place to meet up with friends. We stopped in for a quick bite of homemade food options. They have a great menu from healthy to comfort foods. Food was fresh the salad was great, and the meatloaf with mash potatoes was even better. The booths were spacious. The wait staff was attentive and very courteous. Lots of parking and a huge bar area.

Absolutely delicious! We got the “Lord Bowler’s Dinner Plate” which is a great way to try the brisket, chicken and ribs with 2 sides. So much food, so good. The ribs fell off the bone, the chicken was tender and the brisket was amazing. My only complaint is that the whole place smelled so good that I forgot to take pictures. Can’t wait to go back. 3 people plus 2 alcoholic drinks, $95 not including tip.
