We sat for lunch at 11:30. Our waitress was so pleasant. We sat in the bar area. The crab legs were just what I came for and they were delicious. Highly recommend them. The potato salad was decent, but I’m a potato salad snob so ignore me on that:) it was really nice. I enjoyed myself. I would definitely recommend this place.!! Oh, and if you want to catch a buzz, definitely do the rum runner……

Pretty good food. The onion rings were awesome. I was hoping my fish sandwich had the same batter, if it did, it was way over cooked. Smiley, our server was really good, but he seemed way over worked. They really needed an additional server, he was running around like crazy. The menus were peeling apart and they were out of most of their tap selection, which was really limited to begin with. Smiley didn’t seem to know anything about the beta they had in cans available either. Seemed like a fun place, just not enough help.

Rebecca was our server she was prompt and very nice . She catered to our needs in a timely fashion and was very responsive to our needs. The food was excellent and portions were huge. We had the lobster casadillas. Which were phenomenal. If I could rate this place a ten I would.

We enjoyed a nice meal and a cold beverage with friends. All of our dishes were very good. The service was excellent as well. Noteworthy was the Sangarita, I’m not a wine person, but my wife’s was delicious.

Had a great meal tonight. 1st time here, and it was worth coming. The service was the best part of the experience. Cappy i think her name was, gave us so much info and suggestions that it made the meal fun. We would come back and try other dishes. The manager was great also.

The atmosphere is like an older Florida beach-side restaurant. Still comfortable and well air-conditioned. The service was fantastic. The staff is very nice, and attentive. They immediately brought a bowl of ice water for our doggie. The menu selection is broad enough to please most anyone. The food is outstanding! We had Grouper Atlantis and the Grouper Cheeks. These were amazing! They have a good selection of adult beverages, of all kinds. We will be back, again!

Update Aug 2025: things have changed quite a bit. First off, there is a 20% surcharge to pay the wait staff. I am all for paying the wait staff, but a mandatory tip is counterproductive. We pay even more for good service.

The food was not very good. It too almost 30 minutes to get our food and it had obviously been under heat lamps for quite some time. The restaurant was not that busy! My wife got the Grouper Atlantis. The grouper was overcooked and some of the seafood topping was inedible. My grouper nuggets felt like the skin was still attached and it had the consistency of overcooked chicken. The soft drinks tasted like sulfer water. What a disappointment from our last visit here!

Sat at the bar. Food was good. Service was fine. Got the check and was about to pay (including a tip) and noticed a 20% “commission” was already added on. Nowhere did we (2 of us) see a sign that tips were added nor did the bartender mention it when he handed us the check. Staff told us 20% is added to each check so ownership can classify employees as “independent contractors.” Seemed scammy and left a bad taste in our mouth. Wont be back until they change the tipping policy.

Came here on a Saturday for dinner and we were seated right away. We chose to sit inside because of the heat. They had live music outside. Definitely has the charming old-time Florida flair. Portions are large, and you won’t be leaving hungry. The chicken was tasty and juicy but a tad bit too sweet for me. It came with two sides. There was an extra charge for the side salad but it was also much bigger than I expected. Overall great food and service!

Wanted the relaxed atmosphere of downtown Palm harbor. I felt this place has the old time feel of the Florida Keys. Food selection and what we ordered was really good as was the service. The restaurant needs some remodeling and cleaning but you can overlook that because the food and service was great. The shrimp pasta was awesome.
