Although it wasn’t busy while we were there – we were sat at a table right by a leaky ceiling. They had buckets and rags right by the table and it soon started dripping on my daughter. We had to request a new table. Server indicated that they always have leaks when it rains. You’d think they’d fix the leak. Can’t imagine how moldy it is if the ceiling continually leaks. Eek!

Got the western burger and it wasn’t bad-however the simple request of sauce on the side was apparently very difficult. My daughter ordered chicken strips-got nuggets instead. Took 20 minutes for us to be seated-30 minutes to get water-never got our appetizer and my husbands burger was cold. Only positive thing I have to say is the cider was good. It took almost 2 hours for our entire experience.

Best burger I’ve had in a while. We stayed overnight in North Platte on the drive to Colorado. Needed to eat badly. Service was quick despite how busy it was. Food came equally as fast. Wasn’t expecting the food to be delivered by robot in a cattle town in Nebraska, but I’ve got no complaints

We walked in after 9pm when they close at 10 with a group of 8 and was seated without hesitation. It seemed like only one guy working the floor so it was a bit slow getting our food but he was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the chicken strips, they are difficult to beat.

What a great place to do soooo many different activities! From Axe Throwing to Bowling. A mini arcade as well. Food is absolutely delicious!! The service was really good as well. The little robot that brought food to people was trippy but great to see a good use of technology and see what it will be like in the future. Krystal made the best burger I have had in years!! Shout out Eric as well he was great with a smile on his face and pep in his step. Thank you all!!

VERY EXPENSIVE for the amount of food. Loaded tots for $10.99 & you get 12 little balls…also, we went to order the Brussel sprouts & the waiter said “no, they are heated in the microwave…you want the loaded tots”…it was very slow service & the amount of money we spent $176 ($20 tip) for 5 adults & 2 kids…we didn’t get any drinks other than soda…VERY DISAPPOINTING! We had went back in October of 2022 & it was so much better then!

Attempted to order pizza from the window at the arcade for Wild Bills multiple times while we were bowling. Extremely slow service, and couldn’t get it ordered. Eventually called and ordered a pizza from the bowling lanes. When we went to pick it up, one of the employees brought it out and set it on the bar, but wouldn’t walk an extra 10 feet to bring it to the woman ringing everyone up. Multiple staff members standing around looking at the customers waiting to be served, but none of them would actually help anyone. I only saw one waitress working her tail off to try to help everyone.

The place was not busy and it was over an hour when I caught a server (not ours) to check on our food. At least 4 tables near us that came in after we did had recived their food. Our food was warm at best when it came out. We will never go there again.

Robot? Perhaps you should order food instead, so you’re not out of everything. Also the human servers have to tend the robot constantly so it’s worse than nothing. Terrible food, the bathrooms are remarkably disgusting. The wait staff are adorable.
