Breakfast was pretty good. The Denver omelette was huge and the toast was buttered right. The hash browns were a bit like crunchy mashed potatoes but it worked for a hot meal after a morning of duck hunting.

Good tasting burgers at a good price. The dining room tends to echo, which is a little unpleasant. The owners aren’t able to do much about that, so I forgive them. I also like that the waitress didn’t hover. She allowed us to enjoy our meal.

My wife and I went here for lunch today. They have a sign in the window for help wanted. They need help bad! 1 lady doing everything in the front end. Seating tables, waiting tables, answering phones, serving tables, serving food etc etc. The food was good but for the price it should be allot better? No gluten free choices and the waitress could care less about gluten free ” this is suppose to be a 50’s diner” she told us. I was not to pleased for my first visit. It would have been better if she had 1 or 2 helpers. We’ll give them a try again in a month or so when they get more help. Burgerville has a better meal for the price I’ll try a breakfast item next time. If you want to wait for your food and anything else you need this place is great!

We came on a Sunday for a late lunch after 1:15 . There one other large group but that was it. we sat down at the best table for the kids which happened to be next to a broken bottle of hot sauce on the floor.

Give the place a chance! GREAT BURGER. By far the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever experienced. I came in exhausted from my Willamette Scenic Bikeway trip and they waited on me hand and foot. Refilled all of my biking water bottles with ice cold water, the cook took the time to explain all the different ways he could cook my fries for me, I could go on. Took a chance on the first place I saw on Main Street and was pleasantly surprised.

Hand shaped ham and bacon cheeseburger served piping hot. Crispy tasty breaded fries also hot. This eclectic, casual old fashioned diner in an old brick downtown building is one of those hole in the wall small local places that exceeds expectations. Kids at another table had huge milkshakes which looked amazing. Delicious. Friendly service. definitely hit the spot and I’ll be back!

Went there last week with my cousin for breakfast. We were there pretty much as soon as it opened. The checks looked a little weird at the end and we had to correct the totals because my cousin was over charged. Overall the place was cozy. Only one waitress and she sat down in a booth while waiting for food, maybe working on business, but seemed too relaxed for a restaurant. Here’s where the 3 stars comes in. I got French toast, eggs, hash browns and bacon. I found a hair in my French toast. A long one. We thought it could have been mine, but it wasn’t my color. I pulled it out. It’s fine. It happens. However, later, my cousin who had their dice cut potatoes and eggs, she found a hair underneath her eggs.. so we lost our appetites after that. I think this place has HuGe potential. The flavor of food was great. Unique set up inside, but need to get a little more professional. No hair in food, waitress should be cleaning and being productive and keep that place looking sharp for all customers.

PERFECTION. Ok. To start, I’ve done a lot of reviews for the Google questions and answers program and have made many ratings. Rarely do I get the pleasure of reviewing a place with 5 stars. This is one of those rare ones. The food was just astonishing, with almost 90% of prepared meals having in house daily fresh ingredients. The tastes of everything from the bacon cheeseburger to a breakfast plate was so, so good without being too rich which is a hard balance to achieve. Then there was the service. Our waitress was Laura. It was just her because there other was not there as scheduled for one reason or another. Laura was amazing. It was busy but she handled everyone without breaking a sweat. Nobody had to wait long for anything. Then there’s the cook, Chris. He clearly is a master, knows what he’s doing and is super adept. He took the time (even though they were busy and short staffed) to help Laura when she needed it and he took the time to check on us and chat us up a minute to ask what we thought of our meal. In review, do not hesitate to go there for a meal. You absolutely will enjoy yourself and walk out feeling good and stuffed.

So….lets get to it. Visited this place on 12/18/19 and ordered a chicken avocado sandwich with hand cut fries ($10.99) and a side salad (price I do not know). My dad ordered a breakfast plate ($10.99). My dad puzzles at the receipt as he is at the counter paying and looks at the menu and before he can ask his question, the waitress already knows whats up.
