My family and I stopped by the food court Chick Fil A around 4pm on a Thursday. Nowhere near a peak time for Chick Fil A, located anywhere. I worked for Chick Fil A many many years ago, and I would’ve been fired or at least reprimanded if I had treated customers the way we were treated. When we didn’t receive our full order and I asked for my food, I was treated as an inconvenience. Not sure if “my pleasure” is still the appropriate response to customers’ thank yous, but it was nowhere to be heard at this location.

One of the last remaining options in the mall food court and they still do a ton of business in person and for delivery services like Door Dash and Uber Eats. Good to see a restaurant still operating in the dying Exton Square Mall.

I eat at this location 3 days a week, because of its proximity to my place of employment. The staff is extremely nice. Especially Emily and Olivia. They are so pleasant, even when it’s very busy, their smiles are always a welcome sight. Thanks to both of you. You’re always a bright spot to my day.

Food is great so that’s what the four stars for. We order here a lot because of location convenience. I like the salad except they miss something every time. I’m not kidding: EVERY TIME! Either dressing or some ingredients. My husband had to go back and ask again. Seriously suggest to train your workers better or hire someone that cares about customer service.

I ordered through uber eats and never received my order. I drove to Chick-fil-a and the Manager (Emily) was very sympathetic and sincere, apologizing for a third party delivery co. She took care of my order. Emily, and the person that thought Emily would make a great manager are what make Chick-fil-a the huge success that they are. Thank you Again Emily. Your the Best!!!!
