I have a great experience with the fast food as Chick-fil-A.
I have a question about packaging the order. Why your workers don’t use gloves when doing packing order into bag?
I didn’t receive sleeve for my maple sandwich with grilled chicken. It is requirement for this sandwich, isn’t it?

This is the second time we have had a bad experience at this location in the last six weeks. Last time it was stale (HARD) cookies.
This time we ordered our food through the app, let them know we had arrived, and then waited in our assigned parking spot for more than 20 minutes. When I went inside to see what had happened they said they were having a problem with the diet lemonade. After 25 minutes we received our order and then had to ask for HOT chicken to replace the ones in the bag that had obviously been sitting on the counter for almost half an hour.
The gallon of diet lemonade was not labeled, the jug was not full and more than a quarter of it was pulp and undrinkable.
For a fast food restaurant chain that prides itself on service this was a horrible experience. Mike, the operations manger (according to his name tag), did absolutely nothing when I commented on the long service time. No apology, no replacements, NOTHING!
BTW, this was in the middle of the afternoon and there were no lines whatsoever.
So we have now experienced awful cookies, cold chicken, poor quality and lousy service. We will NOT return.

The meat was not fully cut. It was still pink. I’m not very happy. I’m not satisfied. I threw it away.
In the previous review of someone said, Hispanic was working in which were right and I’m not sure if they know how to cut the food temperature correct because the food is not fully cooked. Unsatisfactory.

I’m not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about. I’ve always had very friendly (and reasonably fast) service here. I hate to see the mall so dead, but this is a bright spot.

The two short Hispanic girls and the Hispanic guy who usually work here have the worst attitudes—rude, miserable, and clearly not built for customer service. Thankfully, they weren’t there this time, but the fries were still insanely salty. And the two on shift couldn’t even be bothered to say “have a nice day.” Trash service all around.

Had a terrible experience today! The cashier named Ozzy was incredibly extremely rude. she messed up my order, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. She needs to be fired immediately! I will never eat here ever again. I’m contacting Chick-fil-A corporate.

The quickest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The food was made exactly as it’s supposed to be. The employees were nice and polite. It’s located in a high-ceiling glass atrium in a mall food court…the atmosphere is way more pleasant and comfortable than a typical food court.

Foods always hot, foods always fresh. Atmosphere isn’t the ‘best’ it’s not in a good location. The mall is basically closed. I feel for the employees in the summer, it lacked air conditioning multiple times.
