I finally made my way to this bakery after the chocolate babka was recommended to me with some high accolades. Unfortunately, it did not rise to the occasion. I found it to be very dense and the chocolate had a bit of an off putting taste. It also tasted old even though I got there about an hour after opening. Not sure if I came in on an off day last week, but I wouldn’t order this again. On the upside, there was a public lot with free parking right up the street.

There are a lot of different bread and baked good options to choose from, but they are all laid out in the open air which could explain why nothing tasted fresh. We got a soft Pretzel, Coconut Scone, and a Walnut Muffin. The Pretzel was okay but bland and a little stale. The Scone was mediocre. The addition of seating side would be nice. Would not recommend.

This is another bakery that sells good Breakfast treats and pound cake slices. They sell cookies too. I bought a pretzel and ate it in the movie theater as my mini lunch. My sister bought 1 cinnamon roll and 2 large Scones. Eat them along with hot coffee or hot tea. Slice them apart and add a little butter on both halves. Run in the microwave for 10 seconds to allow the butter to melt. So, good to enjoy.

My favourite are the Cinnamon Babka. Really everything they make is amazing. If your into focaccia, you gotta try it. Friday they have challah… and yes it’s certified kosher.

Great bread, great smells! We had a mini cinnamon bun and a zucchini walnut muffin in-store (there is one table) and they were PERFECT. I can’t wait to try out the baguette and sourdough roll we bought. The staff at this location did seem pretty unenthusiastic about helping customers, but not enough to keep me away from all of the delicious bread 🙂

Simply wow! Plenty of options to choose from. We tried Mediterranean Focaccia, Brownie bite and Mini Cranberry Scone. Everything was delicious specially focaccia and scone. Would definitely visit again.
