I ordered that new chicken club and all I asked for was no chipotle sauce….not for them to take everything off the sandwich. There’s no lettuce, avocado and barely any tomato. Very disappointed.

This place has one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. The booths are really comfortable. The staff here couldn’t be more friendly and kind. The food is absolutely delicious! I had got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and it was outstanding. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the bread……the bread is crispy on the out side while the inside is hot and aerie. You can’t go wrong with getting one of there many pastries. Not to mention, they also serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I will definitely be returning for more.

Food was great (as you’d expect). Restaurant was a little “run down” looking though – and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was black mold/mildew growing in the urinal – so you know it had been at least three days since it had been cleaned. Floors were dirty, with visible grime in the corners. Management just needs to get on top of making sure the staff cleans as they are supposed to, and I’m sure it would be a pleasant place for a relaxing meal.

Me and my family come every day basically to get drinks, (part of the sip club). We’ve never had a problem, just walking in getting the cup and filling it ourselves JUST LIKE THE APP TELLS YOU TO DO!! So what’s the point of that when you have a worker who obviously has never brushed their hair or teeth, harass us at the front and than follows us to the back and say “I’m gonna need to see order next time our inventory is off.” Okay? That’s not my fault nor my problem.

I ordered to go. My order was wrong because they added mustard and mayonnaise. I also asked that the sandwich be cooked longer than normal. Well I pointed out the error and they corrected it. While I was waiting I checked my whole order to see if anything else was incorrect. I was supposed to have 2 packs of chips instead I got 2 baguettes. The person who I informed seemed to be the manager. When I explained the next error she seemed to be upset that I pointed out there error. When my sandwich was complete she handed the sandwich over the counter no eye contact no sorry for the error nothing. I don’t usually do reviews I just take the bad service and just say maybe this person is having a bad day. No more, I eat out almost everyday except for holidays. I just don’t understand if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. It’s seems more and more we are paying to be abused by people in service.

Had my breakfast stolen from the pick up shelf. Staff offered to make it again for me but I just wanted a refund since I was in a rush for an exam. My card didn’t get the refund though so I had to call for a dispute. Wouldn’t recommend ordering pick up at restaurants that keep them on shelves in the open around Columbus, people just steal stuff here.

Panera c’mon you can do better than this. My wife had to wait ten minutes for this? Is this supposed to be chicken noodle soup? It’s practically 100% broth. Homeboy below Ricky Moran complaining about his teriyaki chicken broccoli not looking like the picture. I’d take that over this any day.
