The service I received was good but I was sorely disappointed with the food. I spent $15 on the You Pick 2 salad and soup and this is what I got – no substance. I put the chili in a wide bowl to see what was in it better – maybe 5 beans throughout. The chicken tasted like that frozen chicken you reheat and is soft with no taste. Disappointing for how much is spent.

It is a quiet Panera. Service could be better, but they aren’t rude. I wish they would offer almond or oat milk like some of the other Panera locations. 2% doesn’t sit well.

This place has one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. The booths are really comfortable. The staff here couldn’t be more friendly and kind. The food is absolutely delicious! I had got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and it was outstanding. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the bread……the bread is crispy on the out side while the inside is hot and aerie. You can’t go wrong with getting one of there many pastries. Not to mention, they also serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I will definitely be returning for more.

Ordered the 4 cheese soufflé. It was cold and the bottom felt more like cardboard, definitely not worth the price. The other pastries were fine, way too much orange extract, but fine. I think I enjoyed my drink more the food to be honest.
Place is cold, no greeting, no one to take my order which you do on a pad, then they want a tip. The only human contact I had was when someone called my name to pick up my order, might as well bought my food out of a vending machine.

The you pick two meal is the way to go! And so filling ! Tried the new bacon chicken sandwich and it was so yummy !

This was my Fuji apple salad I got to go.. no apples and barely anything in it. Just disappointing. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location but I let the last couple times slide. I know this doesn’t matter but I won’t be coming back just because of all the issues I’ve come across.

Dasani helped get the sandwich I wanted by letting me know the same ingredients for the seasonal Italian sandwich were available with the Fontina sandwich. My sandwich with ranch dressing (modified) was even better than the original!! Thank you Dasani!! You’re the epitome of excellence in customer service!!

The place was dirty. All the tables needed to be wiped down. The station you leave yoir dirt dishes was running over with dirty dishes. Staff wasn’t very nice. Bathrooms were even gross. Got a bread bowl with hardly any soup in it. Would not eat here again. Do better Panera. I expect better from your company.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli and what I received was not like the picture that was posted. The food was good but not as much as the picture has you to believe. I asked was there a different like a large and small, they said no. “It was one size fit all.” Two different people answered me from behind the counter. Neither one offered anything to help me to be a satisfied customer.
