Had a great meal at Branchwater Canton last night – fried lobster tails were delicious and we subbed out the slaw for blue cheese scalloped potatoes. Highly recommend! But the best part of our experience was our server Allie. Besides being generally congenial, upbeat, a bit humorous and good at her job, she did two things that were greatly appreciated and not everyone would do: 1) she took the time to promptly find answers to questions to which she didn’t immediately know the answer, and 2) she put us at ease about our situation which allowed us to enjoy ourselves – our reservation was for 9pm but one of our dinner guests couldn’t get there until 9:45. She was very reassuring that it was totally fine to put in our order up until 9:59 and no big deal even though it was starting to clear out. Lover her for that!

Always a pleasant evening when dining at Brachwater Steak and Seafood. We arrived early and enjoyed a cocktail at the bar while waiting on our friends to arrive. We were sat in the front of the restaurant in the by the window, my favorite table. We share poppers and Brussels sprouts as appetizers and various dishes for our entrees. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted as good as it looked. We finished the evening with a couple shared dessert. If you’ve never been to Branchwater, I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Fun family experience, we were able to be upstairs, and I got the blackened grouper, with grits and collard greens, delicious, and I strongly recommend. This is a good restaurant for a family looking for a good meal.

Our server was wonderful! Presentation was beautiful. Scallops, deviled eggs, brussel sprouts, ribeye, wedge salad, and bourbon pecan pie were all excellent. The risotto was a bit undercooked, and the pie was a really small piece. Go eat here, but make reservations first.

Lunch menu is limited but good quality – we loved this spot and recommend it for a light-lunch visit. The brussel sprouts appetizer with bacon was fantastic, but so we’re the fried calamari, deviled eggs, and chicken egg rolls.

Cute dining atmosphere, great service and delicious food. Met a friend for dinner and it was great. We had the brussels and the steak skewers for appetizers. Both were delicious! Main course we both ordered the grouper sandwich. Enjoyed that too, lots of flavor. Recommend trying it out!

Meeting a friend for lunch and had a terrific experience. We were first ones in for lunch and sat at one of two window tables. Waitress was new & not as smiley or chatty as other people, but worked well when it came to the menu items.

Service needs great improvement. Had to ask for refills, salt and pepper and for bread. Shouldn’t have to ask the host to find your server for refills when you’re the only group of people in the restaurant but we did. Bad thing is, our group of 8 today has an automatic 20% tip built-in to the bill, so, the server gets that even if they do a bad job. Entitled servers are a bad thing. Food was pretty good but the service was bad. Seems our nearly 300$ bill for 8 people would have given us better service. Bad overall management and Skyler not doing her job. Won’t be going back and don’t recommend.
