I’m a regular customer at this establishment and today had to be the worst experience so I had to share. I’ll most likely be calling corporate as well because this was absolutely unacceptable. Upon walking in…most of the time I get a warm greeting. Today the girl was too busy to even welcome me into the store… immediate I knew this was going to be interesting. About 2 mins later she says I’ll be right with you… still I waited almost 5 minutes to be served. Because I’m a regular…I order the same thing I don’t deviate. The girl asks me if I want a drink for my combo?! That’s when I asked…?! Are you new?! Because all combos come with a drink. After my order was placed…I noticed her getting lots of orders done…but not mine. Finally she asked if I want a classic or spicy breast when I ordered spicy and it’s on her screen…she then tells me 5 mins. She pours a reg lemonade I ordered a frozen. Finally one of the regular girls that works there seen that I was there…and began to fix the problems the ” manager” didn’t fix with her poor time management skills. 30 mins later…I leave with a huge bag of food…most I probably won’t eat. It’s a nice gesture…but food doesn’t make up for horrible customer service. That girl should be fired. As you walk in the counter was dirty and had greasy finger prints…most of the tables were dirty…the food areas that are seen were also not wiped off or cleaned in a timely manner…due to the amount of crumbs that were seen. This is the best Popeyes in Citrus Heights… because it just opened, not that long ago. The customer service has to tighten up BIG TIME. Get it together y’all

When someone orders 12 pieces and you only give them one thigh and 2 drumsticks it is wrong. I paid a lot of money for that chicken and it was a rip off. You are supposed to give three of each. Not mostly wings and a few breasts. Cheap. Never again will order from you guys.

Apparently this Popeyes doesn’t know the difference between white and dark meat chicken. They gave me a wing, thigh and drumstick for a three piece, dark meat chicken dinner?! I’ll be going to a different franchise from now on!

Monday April 10th at 4:40 pm I parked my car and as I walked towards the door an employee locked the door as she looked at me approaching (didnt realize thats what she was doing) One of the FIVE customers inside opened the door for me and door locked behind me. When the employee seen me line she fussed “who opened the door”? (I’m a well dressed man that owns a successful buisness, not scary or nasty)..
