ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE YET THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS! Take your elsewhere‼️‼️
Happy customers are the last thing they care about. Baby portions and $ is priority here! I go here 4 times a week! But not anymore! I’m tired of getting two half scoops of rice and when I say I need more, they give you teaspoon. I spend about $40 AT LEAST when I’m here. My bowls I barely get anything on them as it is ( I only get like 5 things total on my bowls) but what I do get, I get baby portions. No way. Prices have gone up, quantity has gone down. I’ll take my $40 and go get a whole 2 steak meals somewhere else and actually get what I pay for. Not 4 pieces of steak. When I say corn, cheese, anything it’s baby portions. Then when I say extra bc they barely put any on, it’s a whole deal. No way. I won’t spend my hard earned $ somewhere where they don’t appreciate their customers let alone their frequent customers, and give them what they pay for. Seems to be a BIG problem here and they won’t fix it. I’ll go elsewhere and actually have a full stomach. Thanks but no thanks. Half the time the steak is old and hard anyways. Or they’re just standing around doing nothing while we stand there forever and then tell me they don’t have anymore ingredients I need so I have to leave and drive to another location. Over it.

Me and my coworkers put in mobile orders, and every single one of our bowls was shorted. They forgot the chips and douboe meat om one, im missing a whole portion in mine, and they forgot ingredienf on the other burrito

I did another drive through order (because you can only claim the free meal they provide with an online order). My order was the same as listed in my original review. This time I was given a little more meat but not double, my extra rice was barely any, and they didn’t even give me any fajita. If anyone orders anything pickup/drive through make sure to check your order before you leave.
Do not order food online from here. Normally when I get food from this place I go in and they have to squish the food down to close my bowl. I got to chipotle later than usual and the lobby was closed so I had to order through the app. 2 bowls with double meat, extra rice, and one with extra fajita. One came with a single serving of meat and the other with half a serving. Neither one had extra rice and mine came with half a serving of fajita. I would have been a little upset about not getting the extra rice or fajita, but the fact they charge extra for double meat and they didn’t get me that is theft. I regret giving a 20% tip on top of all this. I spent $38 for $15 of food.

Comments on this place – I’ve had my bags rip multiple times with all contents spilling on a $40 meal for my family. None of the times have I been given replacement food.
It would be fine except you really should just be using plastic bags instead.
I wish you were replaced by a Qdoba who doesn’t charge for extra queso or guacamole and also uses real bags that won’t rip.
Alternatively you could try to find lids that actually seal but that somehow seems like a harder ask.

This location needs desperate help! The dining and food prep area is very messy. My most recent order was wrong and in the past I have received other customer orders. I ordered carnitas and was given steak. I had to drive all the way back and get the correct order all.I got was a sorry about that after my food was made correctl. If someone places a to go order and has to come back they should get a refund. Have someone from the Shawnee mission parkway and Mauer location come get this store in line. That store is the best chipotle I have been to.

Ordered online every item missed up. The bowls are barely half full. Missing ingredients and added ingredients not ordered. Steak was so fatty that half the pieces were not chewable and all food was cold. Missing black beans, sour cream and got an entire 5 pieces of chicken! Wow this has gone downhill and all that has increased is the prices.
