Absolutely love Box Hill Pizzeria! They have the best crab cakes around. Make sure you get an order of crabby tots too! The food is delicious and you get a large portion for your money. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is cozy and inviting.

I live less than a mile from papas. I love papas as does Oprah. I cannot believe I’m saying this but this restaurant has the best crab cakes in the world. I was skeptical of the name of the restaurant however you cannot beat these crab cakes they are phenomenal. It’s 30 minute drive which I would make every time I wanted a crab cake even though I could literally walk to papas. I love papas, but the crab cakes here are twice the size and the lump meat is the size of my thumb. Additionally, there was no shells in the meat!

Came here to try out the crab cakes. They were good! The 8oz size was larger than i thought it would be. If you’re dining in, the drinks are self-serve, unless you’re ordering alcohol. They have a good sized menu and a menu for daily specials.

Social Media brought me here and I’ll definitely be back. Great and very inviting atmosphere, enjoyed talking with the owner and it’s quite evident that this is a local hotspot. Crab cakes are for sure top 3 I’ve had since living in Maryland. The pizza left more to be desired, but I’ll let it slide since it was takeout slice. Next go round I’ll try the cheesesteak and as a Philly native I’ll say all the cheesesteaks that came out while dining in looked good.

The crab cakes here are huge, delicious and more crab than filler. The house salad dressing is also delicious. My family was impressed with the portions and service. Our servers name was Bianca and she was amazing! The crab cake sandwich (ask for it fried) with croissant bun is a must, you’ll thank me later!

Omgosh, these were the best crab cakes. Made with lump crab meat. We found this restaurant on Instagram, so while on vacation, we decided to visit. The best part is that they ship. The service was great, and the owners came over to our table and gave us a little history. We would definitely go back if we were ever in the area.

Super friendly service with no wait time despite a full dining room. The serve- yourself drink machine is kinda fun, expect a long line on busy days. The crabcakes are filling, with juicy lumps of crab meat. Season to taste at the table isn’t really my speed, but if you’re spice-adverse this might be a plus.

Great food, excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. We ordered the rockfish fritters, cheese sticks, crab cake, pizza and the chicken gyro. Our least favorite was the rockfish fritters; they tasted a bit off. The crab cake (the main reason we came here) was excellent; fresh lump crab meat perfectly broiled. The pizza was good but not the best. The chicken gyro was satisfying; will try the traditional gyro (lamb) next time. Hadn’t been here for a while and was so excited to see that they had renovated the place. Looks wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!
