Only giving 2 stars because staff was very nice. But WOW was that NASTY. I LOVE Boston Market so I was very excited to realize I was near one. I ordered the meat loaf with corn and mashed potatos and gravy. First of all the meat loaf had like no seasoning, and I kept getting these little hard white pieces?? Not sure if they are bone or not (see picture for reference) but it was NASTY and after like the 3rd time of it happening I couldn’t even finish it. The mashed potatos tasted like watered down box potatos and the corn was bland. Don’t recommend this at all. I don’t know of it’s just here or all Boston markets but I’m very disappointed. The ONLY thing that was good was the corn bread and sprite that I got (in a bottle) because every single drink fountain beverage was “out” except diet coke. Even the tea and lemonade next to it had signs posted saying “out”

Absolutely horrible!! I paid $34 for 2 meals! Order the country fried chicken, no gravy, the corn tasted like it was sitting out all day, ask for extra mashed potatoes figure they would just sub it for not having gravy no charged me $4 extra for a ice cream scoop that he even scraped on the edge. The chicken was wet at the bottom. I got a pop tasted like only CO2! tried the sweet tea and tasted like the container was never washed out! I would not feed this to my dog. They deserve no stars

This place should not be open! I am not even from here, and it was the worst Boston Market I have ever had. She no salads, no turkey, only chicken. She had no fountain pop either. I literally paid $8 for some Mac and cheese, and potatoes ‍♀️ ridiculous. The potatoes tasted like water to top it all off

The quality has went down over the years. It may be under new ownership. The food is bland. Never has pies. Food is served in white carryout boxes. Mash potatoes are thin and most sides are just nasty. Not the same from maybe 4 years ago. It’s sad because I really like Boston market. They catered my wedding. But this place is not the same as it was.

Ordered a meal deal that came with 3 chickens, corn bread, and 6 sides. They were out of many side options and I am pretty sure they were out of seasonings and butter because what they did have was very bland and overcooked. There was something not right about the Mac and cheese. It was very bad. I am thinking about sending it to get lab tested because something was wrong with it. It tasted very weird(aside from no seasoning and way over cooked) first and last time at Boston market.

Went here for Mothers Day. Ordered family meal, mac and was terrible; salty and watery, and the muffin/ corn bread was hard and very sweet.

I haven’t to this restaurant in 10 years. My friend invited me to have dinner with her. It was a horrible experience. They only had chicken and a couple of sides. The food was cold. None of the soft drink dispensers worked. No ice tea. No napkins. Worst experience

Outside lights were off in the dark. I thought they were closed. Inside looked kind of thrown together with a table of carry out/catering containers. The chicken was very dry, the mashed potatoes were thin and the dressing was dry. The little cornbread was less than half the normal size. The brownie I bought was hard and dry, stale. I was very disappointed. The staff was friendly overall, but seemed overworked. I would not go back.
