First off, I’d like to say this food hit home for me. My mother would take me here as a kid a lot and those are memories I enjoy while eating here. That being said I’m also super sad that these are starting to close down. And o thought since I haven’t been to one in years I’d try it today.

I have not been to Boston Market in years, but decided to go since I had a coupon. The food was not even worth the discounted price. I got the turkey meal and once I got home to eat it, saw there was no gravy on the turkey or mashed potatoes. Really? They didn’t ask me if I wanted gravy so I unfortunately had assumed it would have been put on there. There weren’t many options for sides, a lot of stuff was out. So I stuck with the boring broccoli and mashed potatoes, both were terribly bland. In addition to the crummy food, I dealt with 2 employees and one was very rude and crabby. Overall a bad experience and I will definitely not be back!

i am so tired of spending money on food because the quality is so cheap nowadays. my chicken was completely soggy and greasy, the mac and cheese was watery, and the food was disgusting. i wanted a refund but uber ears wouldn’t give me one and i called the store and they refused since i was at work.

Do not order from here! Even though the app lets you place an order at this location, they appear to be closed. I placed my order and paid for it via their own website but when I arrived to pick it up, the place was locked and there were no employees around at all. When I called, the phone immediately disconnected. Still waiting for a reply from their home office for my refund.

First time I’ve ever had a bad meal at BM! It was horrible!! They’re out of everything… Meatloaf, ribs, all the new signature chix dishes, crispy chix, tea, lemonade and more. Had to order turkey. The turkey was hot but the gravy, sweet potatoes, stuffing, cornbread and corn were all COLD. The staff were very unpleasant. Gave us everything as takeout even tho we were eating there. Didn’t offer drinks or desert items and didn’t give a receipt- I had to take it myself. Music was horrid and loud. When I tried to do the survey from the receipt, it’s ‘no longer available ‘! Overall horrible experience.

Second time we’ve gone there and they had no chicken or ribs ready without waiting an hour. Completely out of desserts too. Needs better management to keep things stocked as a restaurant should be.

If you value your money, DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE they call food. The level of quality they put into their food is 0, EVERYTHING we ordered was cold old and unbeatable..Save your money and go elsewhere please don’t waste the money like me.
