This place is gem. The Chirashi is a terrific deal with generous portions of Tuna, Hamachi, Yellowtail, and Salmon, alongside roe, egg, seaweed salad and ginger. The rainbow roll and tekka make were delicious. Super fresh, well priced, friendly service, highly recommended. Eat in and enjoy the warm edamame and flavorful miso too.

Four stars because I didn’t like my golden roll, not because it wasn’t good but because on doordash is said baked instead of fried. Wasn’t expecting a fried roll and it took away from the sushi roll taste. I’ll try again another time, in person no door dash app. But the prices are super reasonable compared to other places I’ve been.

The poke bowl comes with three items for $16. That’s pretty boring and I wanted to splurge so I added a few extra items making this bowl $18. I go my order to go and when I got home the poke bowl that was the size of my palm was missing my extra ingredients AND one of their three ingredients. Basically I had a cup of seaweed and rice for $18. I let Wasabi know and they said “we will add those ingredients next time” If they would have refunded for the missing ingredients, they would have kept their long time customer. Literally stole my money. Really shocked and disappointed. Splurge gone wrong, but it will save me a lot of money not going here anymore.

We ordered the Popcorn Roll. It’s a sushi roll topped with a generous amount of battered fried crawfish. It’s really two dishes in one, a kind of irreverent sushi mash-up, but the presentation made us smile and it was oh so yummy. I wouldn’t hesitate to get it again. Everything tasted fresh to me, including the raw fish.

This is my go to weekly sushi spot for the last year now. My favorites are the sunshine appetizer, spicy California roll, and any of the “basic rolls”! All their basic rolls have 6-8 pieces of sushi and are only $5. And in my opinion, there’s sushi spots out here charging twice that amount for sushi that’s so poor!! I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to keep coming back as a part of my week.
