The ambiance has a nostalgic 80’s vibe, and I appreciated being able to have a real conversation without shouting—noise was minimal and comfortable. For my meal, I ordered the 6‑ounce sirloin steak cooked medium rare with a sweet potato. I added shrimp from the appetizer menu to top the steak and chose mixed vegetables as my side.
The entire meal was worth every dime. The flavors were fresh, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the sweet potato with the brown sugar and butter was delicious. Even the bread with the butter was great. I truly felt I got my money’s worth, and I will definitely be returning.
I tried a margarita for the first time here. It was good, just a bit salty for my taste, so next time I’ll order it with no salt. For dessert, I had the fried ice cream, and the honey drizzle was amazing—next time it’s fried ice cream with honey all the way.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the manager checked on us, which I appreciated. Our server was excellent—she came by often, paid attention to our needs, and made the experience even better.
I’m giving a four‑star rating only because there was an order error that required us to wait for it to be corrected. That was the only issue I experienced. Besides that, everything else was great, and my first visit was truly a wonderful experience.

First time visit Tuesday February 10, 2026. We knew we might be on to something when we could hardly find a parking spot on a Tuesday for lunch. What a pleasant surprise it was. The food was great, the atmosphere wonderful and the service more than excellent. We didn’t even have to ask for refills and when we did ask for something, we didn’t have to ask twice. She got more than 20 percent and deserved more. I will be going back.

We were seated quickly for a late lunch around 1pm. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Hubby had the burger and I had the baked spaghetti. Hubs gave the burger a 10/10 I give the baked spaghetti a 7/10, it was a touch sweet and watery. Will definitely go again sometime

I always enjoy dining at Bulls. However this meal, although a great portion, was very salty. I got the breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and a mushroom sauce. I think it was all in the breading. Our waitress, Taylor, made sure my meal was fixed before leaving, so for that I am appreciative. I was given a grilled chicken breast to take with me. I will definitely go back, but probably won’t order this entree again. I’ll stick to the beef tacos. 🙂

This is a great place! I got the vegetarian fajitas and my husband got the chimichangas. He had never tried them before but loved them!

Step back into a time capsule here! Although the place needs a good updating, the food is delicious and served quickly by friendly and attentive staff. Joann was my server and she was very sweet, gave great recommendations and made sure my solo dining experience was worth the visit. I had the ribeye steak with a double side of broccoli and topped everything else with a slice of carrot cake! Everything was delicious! My clients recommended this place and so do I! Pay Bull’s a visit if you’re in Lynchburg and have a craving for a good steak, decent portions and at a fair price!

Came here for a dinner date with a friend and had such a great experience! My waitress, Norah, recommended the shrimp scampi and let me just say, it was so good. The atmosphere was super friendly and welcoming, and Norah was the sweetest! Great food, great service, and an overall amazing time!

This is my kind of place!! Bulls doesn’t try to be what it isn’t. Just a great place with great food! We were seated quickly, and the ribeye was fantastic. Our waitress was trying to help us, along with a larger group, and she did great.
I’ll definitely go back to try more steaks… and the carrots cake…

Bulls is always a joy when we visit. We tend to co e here a lot for lunch, but Saturday was my girlfriend day, mothers birthday and she picked here. The food was amazing! We got the special!!!! Our server did great making sure our drinks stayed full and we are big tippers so she was happy when she received it and ask was it hers lol!!
