Very welcoming and attentive service. The food looked delicious but the chicken alfredo lacked flavor. The pasta combo tasted fine but it was unevenly hot underneath. The salad, bread and cheese sticks were wonderful. Our server was wonderful as well.

Y’all. My wife and I were in Greenville for my work, looking for a place to eat lunch, saw the 4.9 stars, and figured, why not?

Holy. Crap. Italiano’s is AMAZING. I kid you not. The food is INCREDIBLE and affordable. And the tiramisu? INSANE! Honestly, I don’t understand what’s happening right now. Great atmosphere, incredible food, impeccable service…it’s the TOTAL PACKAGE. I would seriously consider driving all the way from Jackson. It’s that freekin’ good. Good lord, I still can’t believe what just happened. I feel like Emily in Paris! ❤️ Who even am I? DO. IT.

A Hidden Gem in the Delta – Review of Italiano’s in Greenville, MS

Having dined at Italiano’s in Greenville, Mississippi three times now, I can say with complete confidence that this charming local Italian restaurant is nothing short of exceptional. Each visit has only deepened my appreciation for their incredible food, warm hospitality, and consistently outstanding service. Whether you’re a local or just passing through the Mississippi Delta, Italiano’s is a must-visit.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels both casual and special—perfect for a romantic dinner, a family night out, or just a well-deserved meal after a long day. The staff is always welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, striking that perfect balance of professionalism and Southern friendliness.

Let’s talk about the food, which is the real star of the show. On my first visit, I tried their Chicken Parmigiana, and it absolutely blew me away. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the mozzarella sauce and cheese rich and creamy without being heavy, and the chicken tender and flavorful. I left that night genuinely impressed—and curious to try more.

My second visit, I went with a classic: the lasagna. It was everything I hoped for and more. Layered with a well-seasoned meat sauce, creamy ricotta, and bubbling mozzarella, it had that homemade taste that transports you straight to a family kitchen in Italy. The portion was generous, and every bite was pure comfort.

On my most recent visit, I decided to get an appetizer. The Spinach and Artichoke dip was absolutely phenomenal definitely a great starter!
I went with the Shrimp Scampi for dinner, and once again, Italiano’s delivered. The shrimp were large, fresh, and perfectly sautéed in a garlicky white-wine sauce that clung beautifully to the pasta. It was elegant, flavorful, and satisfying.

Of course, no visit to Italiano’s would be complete without starting with their wonderful salad and Garlic Bread—crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and just the right amount of buttery garlic goodness. Pair that with a glass of wine from their well-curated list, and you’re in for a treat.

But what really sets Italiano’s apart isn’t just the food—it’s the consistency and heart behind everything they do. The service is always attentive, and they make you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time. The waitstaff remembers your preferences, checks in at just the right times, and genuinely seems to enjoy being part of such a wonderful establishment.

It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers exceptional quality, consistency, and hospitality across multiple visits, but Italiano’s does just that. After three meals here, I can confidently say that this is one of Greenville’s true culinary treasures.

If you’re craving authentic Italian cuisine served with care and warmth, look no further than Italiano’s. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’m bringing friends

First time visiting. I loved this place. The food was excellent. I had the manicotti. The red sauce and cheese blend was delicious. My companions had the Pasta combo (ravioli, lasagna, and manicotti) and chicken aka casa which was Alfredo, pasta, mushroom, onion, and spinach. The BREAD was awesome!! Service was great. The food came out quickly was hot and did I mention delicious? Plus reasonably priced.

Visited Italiano’s today with my husband for his birthday. Our experience unfortunately wasn’t the best.

It was very obvious that our waiter was rushing us. She wasn’t very attentive at all and the restaurant was pretty much empty. In addition to this the dishes weren’t clean and the taste of the food wasn’t worth what we paid for it. I’m not sure what the rush was or if they were preparing for a party who needed our seating area, but our dollars are just as valuable as any other customer’s – even more so considering that we are repeat customers.

However, after today, we will show just how valuable our dollars are and will not patronize this establishment any longer. We work hard for our money and it was upsetting that my husband and I were treated this way ESPECIALLY on his birthday.

Just had the worst experience at this restaurant. The waitress assured me that my meal would not have black pepper in it. The first thing she did was bring out a beautiful salad. The black pepper in the dressing was glaring. I informed her that the salad contained black pepper. She replied “umph” and walked away. She then brought out the chicken parmessan which was clearly prepared with black pepper. To anyone with food alergies, careful dining at this restaurant. After one bit I paid for my meal and the entire meal back. ☹️

Best place to eat ever. Food excellent so is atmosphere but best part is our waitress Vera. When we came back for second time she remembered us. Always asking if we needed anything and very friendly. I forgot my to-go dish and she brought it out to our car. Now that is service, not many people would be so kind and considerate to do that for 2 elderly people. She’s the only one that has. We will continue to go back. Love this restaurant!! You’ve got to try it you will be pleasantly surprised compared to others and we tried many. Food is delicious and what we ordered was under $20. My thanks to all who work there you have 2 customers for life.
