Really hit and miss. This is a miss. Was told it would be ready at 6:15. At 7:00 they gave me this burned, uncut pizza. How anyone could put this in a box and give it to a customer. Heidi the manager was very responsive and offered me a free replacement. Always check what’s in the box before you make the drive home like I wish I did. When it’s good I would say four stars and when it’s bad, just look at my photos. Going to try again tonight.

The dinning area felt cozy I enjoyed the large cushions on the booths. The table leg didn’t allow my foot to pass easily so I tripped getting up, careful if your feet are size 11 or above. The pizza I ordered was the Green Chili, it looked great on the menu and even smelled wonderfully on the table. But when we opened the box it was a chicken soup on flat bread, we tried to wait for it to cool down so the cheese would solidify but we were too hungry and decided to eat it before it had that chance. It was difficult to eat and way undercooked. I feel like the service was a bit rushed and we were the only other table occupied at the time.

I LOVE their new York style pizza. However, the monument location seems to be dropping the ball lately. I took my 4 kids there to eat one evening. We were the ONLY people in there and it took a ridiculously long time to get our pizza. Then they brought it out and didn’t give us any plates so we had to wait for those. It’s not like we ordered anything crazy: just a cheese pizza and a pepperoni. I suggest ordering for pickup since they have a good self pick up deal and you aren’t waiting forever. The buy one get one deal ONLY applies when you order one of their specialty pizzas but they don’t tell you that over the phone.

We have been going here for years. We’ve had problems in the past but after tonight we will no longer use this chain. We ordered our pizza at 5:30 pm on a Friday so they said it will be a little bit. it should be ready for pick up at 6:10. We arrived for pick up at 6:15. After waiting in line we were told that our order had been lost some how. But that they will rush our order and get it to us in five. We said that’s fine paid and waited… after thirty minutes of waiting we asked about our pizzas. They go scrambling around looking for them. They come back five minutes later saying they lost our ticket again and that they would start making the pizzas right away. At this point it is 7:00pm. We stopped them and told them to give us a refund and informed the manager that we will never be using them again.

I come here all the time and love there pizza. I always take carry out. I don’t write reviews often but was baffled by the bad reviews they’ve gotten. In a way it’s probably good for me because they always have a sweet deal. Right now it’s get a specialty 18 inch for regular price and get a free cheese. Two huge pizzas for less then 20 bucks-one a specialty pizza.

Used to be a go to place for good pizza. Ordered delivery tonight…pizza was cold and not fully cooked, soggy, we threw it in the trash. The manager started to tell me that he would offer me a 25% discount and then suggested they should provide a pizza at no charge. Waited almost an hour for the rush order promised and pizza was soggy, barely warm and not fully cooked again. Last chance…done with borriello brothers for good. Rating = worst pizza I’ve ever been offered. Close your doors or figure out pizza…it’s not that hard.

We ordered food to dine in and after an hour of waiting we still had not received our pizza. My husband then told them to box up our pizza to go and it had apparently been done they just never brought it to our table. Our pizza was cold. We decided to give them another chance and called to order for pickup on a Saturday at 5pm and they said that they could not make any more pizza due to maintenance. What kind of poor management schedules maintenance during business hours let alone peak business hours?

I’m a little tardy on my review but we ordered two pizzas from here when we first moved to town. Both were incredibly gross; one was a soggy mess covered in grease; one was burnt and dry as a bone. They tasted terrible as well, I did not like their product at all, the sauce made me sick almost immediately. It was so bad, we didn’t even bother calling them to have them replace the pizzas, worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Decided to try Boriello Bros for the first time yesterday. I ordered online because I needed to get it home quickly for my wife’s hypoglycemia. When I got there 20 minutes later they had forgotten about the order and hadn’t started it. After another 15 minutes I asked for a discount but didn’t get one. To top it off, they had to tear my pizza apart and put it in a smaller box and the smallest box with pieces overlapping. Apparently, they had run out of 14″ boxes. By the way, the pizza is not great and nowhere near worth the price.
