I got a sausage and egg biscuit. The sausage was good but for a place that advertises how great their biscuits are I was very disappointed! The biscuit tasted like wall paper paste and crumbled before I could eat it. I might go back to try their chicken but I would try a lot of other places first.

My first ever review…. Two employees have been sitting/lying down in a booth for over 30 minutes. Trash cans are full and 10 of the tables have trash or food residue on them. The young lady who took my order was the only bright spot to my visit. She had to actually take my order, bag my food and make my drink.

I went here a while ago to order some food. The person that took my order said it’ll take 15-20 min cause my order is big and they need to make a new batch. I came back in 20 min and nobody seem to be making my order, they were all in the back laughing and talking. It took them over an hour to make my order. I came back a few more time and everything was fine.

I came to this bojangles yesterday, And the lady that took my order didn’t even let me talk like I was telling her my order when she would interrupt me saying” no your not supposed to order your food like that is this and this and pick a sauce only one sauce, and I was trying to tell her my order but she would again tell me that the way I ordered was wrong and I was like girl are you even gonna let me order my food , Oh And when I first started telling her my order she didn’t even say hi or good morning she just said” tell me your order fast!!” Okay all the bojangles are great but this one is just not it

My grandsons love eating here either on their way to my home or on their way back to their home….what does that say about the food cooked at my house or their home??? Bojangles, don’t get too proud they enjoy eating at my home, too. it’s the only two places they love to eat chicken from, especially the tenders. This location is always busy morning and evening. I know because I pass by every day I go into the office, and when I’m on my way home. So, you know the chicken must be delicious. Keep up the good work, staff.

I only ever stop at this Bojangles in particular if I feel that every other Bojangles would be to far out of my way but even then sometimes I make an exception to go somewhere else. Reason being, every single time and I do mean every single time I go to this location they always take an absurd amount of time to make your food. Then to top it off they always seem to forget one thing or another and you have to go back inside or back through the drive through if you want to wait another 20 minutes to get whatever they forget to put in your order. Best of all, the entire time you’re there you get attitude from the employees who work there for whatever reason.

My husband and I always stop at this Bojangles on our way to Boone. We usually get a chicken or ham biscuit and they are always delicious! Their biscuit maker is the best. Biscuits are soft, buttery and fresh. Staff is always pleasant. Looking forward to our next trip!

Sunday 9:30 am sat in line 25 minutes for a cheddar bo biscuit and tea. Three times 3 inch pink nail cashier rang it up as biscuit with cheese. Finally understood what I wanted. After then paying for it she instructs me to pull forward as my biscuit is in the oven. I do so and continue to converse with my friend in the car. 10 minutes later I go inside thinking maybe they forgot me. Long line, lots of disgruntled folks. I stuck my head around the corner and she sees me. I’ve just watched her bag up cheddar bo biscuits and hand them to another customer in the car line! Oh says 3 inch pink nail cashier your order JUST came up. She bags it and literally tossed it to me. Not one single word that said thank you for your patience we are so busy today, no we really appreciate your wait and business. Just a nasty attitude like she was doing me a favor. So I said I really don’t need your attitude. She turned like she wanted to say more but instead mumbled a bunch of stuff. The gentleman in the front of the line said to me he could not believe her attitude or how slow they were. This use to be a great Bojangles. This last year it has really changed. Staff is nothing like before, I always wait and wait and no one ever says thank you. I’m done with this location. I guess this is what woke $15 an hour food service employees have to offer. So how are you going to stay in business, and pay them if your customer base dries up? PS when I worked in food service our nails had to be short, no nail polish and hair pulled up and restrained. I’ve nothing against dreadlocks or long nails, but they don’t have a place in food service or on cash registers.
