7/8/23 3:30pm – Dining area and what i could see of the kitchen were disgusting. There was trash everywhere, all tables were dirty with old food, they didnt have a clean tray for my food so they got one off the trash can and sprayed it off leaving it wet which got my food wet, they left my plate out for 10min before giving it to me so my food was cold, i threw most of it away as it was wet/cold and just unfit to eat. The fries were way over cooked and the biscuit was still raw dough in the middle. I tried to get sweet tea but it was empty and poured out tea grounds in my cup, which i had to clean out before trying another drink. I spoke to the assistant manager about it and he did not seem to care and the kids they have as employees that were watching laughed at me when i complained about all the issues. That was not worth the $16 i paid. I hope the manager & owner of this store sees this. I took pictures but they don’t do it justice.

Wish I could leave no stars. Had the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had in my life. Was left hanging at the order monitor for 15 minutes, and after receiving a lot of pressure from people behind me to pull up, was greeted by a woman at the window with a horrible attitude who basically gave me an angry lecture on why I shouldn’t have done that. It was clear that this woman was also the one taking orders as she had a headset on. My intention was not to fuss about the wait or make a big deal of it. I genuinely did not know what to do. She took my order at the window but I left feeling extremely shook up and also intimidated by the hostility that this worker showed me. I understand low staffing, but my suggestion would be to check in with the customer at the monitor if they’ve been waiting a while and let them know you still need some time. If she would’ve done that, none of this would’ve ever happened. What I mean by this is not just telling them to hold, when they first get to the monitor (which she DID do granted), but coming back and telling them it’ll be just another few minutes before we can take your order. Or simply saying we are extremely low staffed and it may be a while before I can get to you. Calling corporate on Monday morning and telling them everything. I will also be notifying all my friends and family not to go there until I can ensure this person will not be working there. This happened on Sunday Aug 20th around 12:30-1:00. A polite explanation and even if she’d have asked me to pull back around that would’ve been fine since I broke the rule of not ordering at the monitor, but I genuinely didn’t know what to do. She was so fast to get defensive with me. Her response would’ve lead you to believe that I cussed her out but I did not even raise my voice. All I did was explain that I had not ordered yet and tell them my reason why. I figured the worst they’d say would’ve been “I’m sorry, but you really should’ve waited. I’m going to have to ask you to pull back around.” Instead, the worker chose to get angry. She did not yell, but her tone was still very hostile and unpleasant. And when I tried to explain myself again, she interrupted me and tried to talk over me. Please note that I did not act disrespectfully. I was not even mad about the situation until she acted the way she did, then I felt really hurt. All I was trying to do was pull around and check and make sure there was not a problem with the monitor as I even tried talking to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten and got no response before pulling around. Very unprofessional. I’m not saying I wasn’t wrong not to wait on the monitor but the associate could’ve handled this so much better than she did.

It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. No exaggeration they put you on hold at the order spot and 15 cars are backed up. Treat and pay your employees better so you can have enough people to work there!

Literally 2 of the last 3 times I’ve been, they were out of chicken or had none prepared. How in the world does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken????? The morning crew is jam up and when they do have food, it’s good. That’s the only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1. That’s crazy.

I just waited 30 mins on three pieces of chicken and a chicken sandwich. I was the only one in line. After waiting I finally went into the store to receive my food and it was still missing sides. I get home and my wife informs me her sandwich is a biscuit and my meal is two legs not two thighs. Drinks were barely carbonated. If a receipt was given I would gladly post it to validate my claims. However, I will not be returning.

The Manager’s were more worried about the drive thru than anything else!! The lady that waited on me was wringing her hands and apologizing no dark meat was ready no white meat cooking with the dark meat!! I got home no wings but 3 Breast 3 thighs 3 legs !! Old old breast fresh legs and thighs cold bo rounds and cold fries I will not be back to this store

Waited in line for 15 mins just to get around to the window for her to say she doesn’t have enough chicken. I said can she substitute the dark for the white she said she would have to charge me more. I don’t think so!!! Your a chicken place and you don’t have chicken??? And you have me waiting that long and your gonna charge me more???

STEER CLEAR! Just so bad. How do you mess up a classic chicken sandwich?!? Literally swimming in mayo to the point where the soggy bun would not stay together. Lettuce was wilted and was thrown away. Chicken not even that crispy. Cold and extra salty fries. No drink carriers so I was not able to buy drinks. Gave y’all one last chance but you’re worse than the zaxbys up the road.
