The restaurant is clean and up-to-date. However, the staff is another thing: they were busy cleaning & taking care of the drive-through & didn’t seem to care that I was waiting to place my order. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes before someone finally took my order. Then, it was another 10 minutes before I received it. Not sure if this is how they serve everyone, but I will make sure not to stop there again when I’m back in the area.

The employees here are rude and pick and choose whose orders to take at their window. As a fast good place you have one job. No body should have to wait 10 minutes for someone to decide whether or not to take your order. Will never give this place my money again.

I normally do not write reviews as i tend to be empathetic to others situations. Especially if they’re having a bad day however from the moment I asked the cashier how her day was I recieved nothing but attitude. Ice machine wasn’t working so she filled my cup to the brim with ice. Nothing but attitude the entire time. If you are having a bad day fine, but if you are going to actively try to ruin others. Just do others the favor of calling out.

I dont usually write negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. In the past few months, every time I come, it takes over 30- 45 mins to get food. It is clear this is due to poor management. Really hope they can get these issues resolved.

Horrible service. 5 times in the past 2 weeks they don’t have anyone working, unprofessional and out of food and incorrect order 4 times. I’ll be taking the drive into Lumberton for either of the other 2 Bojangles. I have worked with them but Bojangles Incorporated needs to close this excuse of a restaurant. I had to give 1 star or else I would’ve put negative stars.

They were very busy but still got food in a timely manner.. we had missed a biscuit in our bag and I didn’t have the receipt but the lady at the window remembered us and had a fresh one made quickly.

The worst customer service in Pembroke. Earlier tonight, they were out of all drinks except diet Pepsi. Out of coleslaw, steak biscuits, and at least 3 other items we tried to order. We were asked to pull up, but there was already 4 cars pulled up ahead of us, waiting for food as well. When we finally received our food, the order was missed up ♀️ This restaurant needs to close down ASAP
