i ordered mac n cheese and as soon as i opened it this is what i see… idk what the green dots are, but there were beans all in it and i also found a few pieces of dirty rice. not to mention it was thrown sideways in a bag and not shut all the way. i also had a biscuit and a chicken filet biscuit, both were gross. my plain biscuit was literally flat and like a scone, and the chicken filet was just very unappetizing and hard to eat.

Truly so happy with who they had in there today, biscuit had perfect coloring, fries are fresh and perfectly seasoned and that chicken tasted like it was made for someone who could only love if perfectly fried chicken was the medicine to nurse them back to health. Great experience, except for the robot taking orders. Thank you for taking pride in your work !!!!!

The manager was serving us clone meat, which I believe was not chicken. Be careful. We went there and ordered, with my boyfriend placing the order. He received a piece of chicken with a white substance coming out of it, and he went to the bathroom and vomited. The manager was present during this incident. We spoke to the staff, who were friendly until the manager arrived. He tried to threaten us by saying he would call the police and became very defensive about the meat. Eventually, he threw the meat away fast.

The most hit or miss restaurant on the street if we’re talking bone in chicken. I don’t know how but I’ve gotten perfectly fried chicken from them and I’ve gotten raw chicken from them but today it was just way over breaded and burnt. The way it tasted you would think it was gonna be the crispiest chicken ever. No. Also the pic on the left is just to show how you can’t even tell that it’s bone in chicken due to how much breading is in there

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, I visited Bojangles Restaurant Store #000959 at 1:32:04 PM, check #254132. The cashier demonstrated exceptional professionalism and greeted me warmly. I placed my order, and she promptly requested a manager to apply a discount. (It is worth noting that this action was not my request; the cashier initiated it independently.) While I do not believe it is ethically appropriate for me to perform such a task in my profession, I appreciate the cashier’s kind gesture.
Upon the manager’s arrival, she inquired if I was a military personnel. I responded that I was not. She then proceeded to inform the cashier that “we usually do not do this because he is not real cop.” This comment deeply offended me and made me feel disrespected. If she had to make such a remark, she should have done so in a professional manner, ensuring that it was only uttered once I was out of her presence.
It is important to emphasize that I take my profession very seriously. I have sworn an oath to serve and protect the general public and the citizens of North Carolina. I put my life in danger every day to fulfill my duties to the state I love.
For that manager to tell her subordinate that the person in front of her was not a real cop; someone who was wearing his badge, duty weapon, and jacket with the agency logo. Therefore, I am highly dissatisfied with the manager’s moral character and the words she uttered in my presence.

This store needs to be managed better. I did an online order gets to the restaurant was told the fryers are down so my order couldn’t be completed but Bojangles wouldn’t refund my money back, said I was just an unsatisfied customer. FYI never order online!

They are busy and probably understaffed. I didn’t check my order before I left and of course it was wrong. It was good nonetheless.

I went to this location last Monday and the short older manager was smoking a cigarette outside and then came in to make food without washing her hands. Very unsanitary

This store is a hit and miss depending on the employees working. Some are rude and act like they hate their jobs, others are eager to help. Some days I get my food quickly, on other occasions it has taken as long as 20 min and I have driven off a couple times because it was just too long of a wait. They are out of honey mustard a lot which will also cause me to drive off since that’s my sauce of choice. This location never has the homemade ranch they claim to make. The fries are always cold and hardly have any seasoning. Biscuits are to done for me. They need to bring back the roasted chicken bites, please! It’s very quite inside because people mostly get their food to go.
